They never pick up the phone... I was on hold for 30 minutes and then they just hang up. The same thing happened the other five times I called. I have to report my passport missing, which is very urgent and they don't pick up the phone nor do they reply to Emails. This is absolutely unacceptable!

The lady on the phone helped me with my situation with Leeds Greek consulate ( no one responds to emails or answerphone calls) she was helpful and I was able to post my documents (recorded delivery) for certificate of translation. Applied visa for my wife through their walk in service, there is proper sitting area, staff is very polite and nice. location is easy to find.

The embassy staff is really friendly and helpful. My case was complicated as I had to travel during my application process for business. Also, there were other complications. The staff helped me throughput the process. I recieved my Visa on time and was able to travel as planned. I am really grateful for all the support I recieved.

Nothing better than disgraceful. Just as the Greek state is almost one step before it's final collapse given that the country has become a colony of the monster EU, similarly it's embassies and all public services are lacking sufficiency, plus there are massive work ethic issues in this organisation.

How is it possible for an embassy to NEVER pick the phone ? I called them and waited for 20 minutes on hold and no response. I then decided to go there myself and the next available appointment was more than 2 months later. Unfortunately our embassy works exactly the same way as the public sector in Greece..... it just doesn't work!
