I had a great experience both times I had to visit for military related issues. The stuff is very helpful, polite and professional and they always take the time to explain any questions. Only issue is that booking for an appointment can be quite difficult. I think shifting more services online would be helpful.

Almost immediate all email responses! Booked my appointment through a link they sent to my email, and let me in on any details I asked for my passport renewal and got everything sorted on the day of my appointment. Everyone was very helpful. In a month I'm going to go back and pick it up.
