Went for attestation service and was pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff and amazing efficient service. Lots of thumb prints which is annoying but service was first class and staff very friendly. Amazing! Very clean and sanitized surfaces and rooms.

Well i was ready for war but i was extremely surprised the staff were both professional and kind and after travelling for hours to get to the embassy we achieved what we needed within 15 mins. I have to advise people i think things have turned around in the embassy.

I had an horric experience. On the phone there was a list that did not apply to me and i needed to speak to someone. They didn't even have anyone i could ask anythng too. Massive inconvience and frustration. Horrible

I had an appointment for attestation at the high commission on 8/12/20. Due to foot surgery I couldn't move easily around but staff was very helpful and bring everything to me so I didn't have to walk. Completely different experience to my last visit couple of years ago. I had a very bad experience in the Consulate in Birmingham a few years back, so was dreading going to the one in London. Went for passport renewal & I was pleasantly surprised. Very organised, great queueing systems & we were in & out within no time at all. Plus covid secure precautions were taken.

Visited High Commission few days ago, staff is very cooperative. You can book appointment one day in advance for passport renewal, for police clearnes certificate you can visit directly without any booking.

My urgent renewal passport was suppose to arrive on 30th November. Its been 10 more days and it has no arrived. I have tried calling them so many times and even email them couple of time they are not answering at alll!!! And they have charged me twice the fee of renewing passport urgently. This is really disappointing!!!
