It was my first visit to Pakistan High Commission after a long time. This time I was with my family. It was truly a different atmosphere , we were all amazed, impressed and delighted. All staff particularly NADRA were really helpful and courteous. Great and quick service. Hope it only gets better.

I got my son's nicop made from here. His eyes in the photo were closed.I requested them to retake the pic but the lady said it won't matter.

Had my appointment booked for 10.45am was seen on time and was out by 11.15am, Has really improved a lot. Well done maybe its down to Imran Khan and PTI who knows. Also the food outside was delicious only downside was that the seating area could be a bit more cleaner. But Overall I have no complaints a great improvement well done.

Visited the PHC last week for passport renewal. Found the whole process smooth and organised. The staff were polite and helpful. Was done and on my way in the shortest possible time. Very happy of my countrymen running the show. Personally feel we should be as quick to praise as we are to criticize.
