The Pakistani embassy was not only embarrassing for our heritage, but also straight up humiliating. Poor organisation, rude staff and a dirty environment was not even the worst of it. I would not wish a visit here on my worst enemy. To improve, I suggest strong organisation, better trained staff with manners and better hygiene.

Passport assistance director Wali khan is such a rude and aggressive person. He doesn’t know at all how to treat people and in fact he is misusing his office.
