We visited the embassy on 10th of march 2020 and unexpectedly we were welcomed by new staff which were pleasantly polite and professional in accordance..
Very happy to see such people working at the Afghan embassy who are there genuinely there to help afghan people..

This was my previous experience with the old staff which as far as I know been arrested for fraud in an Afghan embassy
(The customer service is very unprofessional the bald guy on the e passport section has an attitude syndrome definitely need an improvement in customer service as they have no manners whatsoever despite being in government job serving Afghan's

Hopefully soon I'll upload a video of what happen the day I went to get my passport sorted which they had my name written wronged

Today I have visited the Embassy, however, I have not received a time or response today and I was waiting for at least 2 hours!
The nicest man was Dr. Naseem, I am very happy with this man because he helped me today. I have recorded it on my phone the fact that I have not received a time today with anyone else. Today I have wasted my entire day over there, and at the end I have been informed to do it online! I have come for support by an appropriate personal and I have been treated with discrimination and felt as if I was racially profiled.

Me and my wife visited the embassy today to apply for a new passport on face of it the place was in very bad state but as we got in we were welcomed and a beautiful nice lady helped us forgot her name the service was very efficient and on point, the whole process toke no more then 15 minutes, I ask her swhy people are so angry and lift bad reviews, she said unfortunately most of us never read the website and non of the document ready and when refuse they get upset.. so go online bring exactly as they want and u will be happy like and your job will be done in bink of an eye...thank you afghan embassy and thanks mrs for such a great service..

The communication with people on phone or email its not at its good, too slow to respond. I tried to call embassy from Ireland for passport and online absentee tazkira guideline. All I was emailed tht I should do online absentee tazkira for validation I did but haven't received any email or call from embassy to contact me since 3 weeks ..

Great service, arrived at 10:00, paperwork checked at 10:08, Visa paid for by 10:09, passport and visa back in my hands by 10:30.
Great service by very friendly staff.
Just make sure you have all the correct documentation before you attend and you will have no problems.

I went there with my father today to apply for his passport, the huge issue is the date of birth because of the afghan calendar and English calendar. Although most of paperwork are not register in the database it is big challenge for the staff to face.
The staff are helping you as much as they can.
I hope they Register everything on the system which is not embassy’s fault.

Extremely unhelpful. Kept ringing the buzzer for at least 30 mins and no one answered the door. I must have phones them 20 times but no response. Went again the next day and hung around for a long while and when answered the door, the guy was unapologetic, defensive and didn’t admit to their mistakes. Blamed me for not emailing them, which I did but never received any response. When I went there it was lucky I got let in as no one answered the door for ages, and it was a building site, there was no opening times on the door or any sign that it was open, so it's very likely it would have been like that any time you went, and you would have thought it was closed.There was no way at all to tell if they were open apart from what they advertised on the web.

Very bad and unhelpful receptionist in waiting area, staff are lazy and unprofessional, they were using Facebook and other dating site while people waiting to get there documents. I was told to collect the ducment after tow o'clock it is three o'clock and nothing happens,aIso I was told the deplomat is not in yet to sign the documents this is to confirm that they are still backward., When you come expect to waist your whole day to have your document certified. I have to blame the big boss who offering this treatment

Went up to London this morning for my visa, they couldn't have been more helpful. Was given regular reminders of my appointment and when I arrived I was seen promptly by the great team. They were professional, polite, and returned by visa in record time. I would recommend getting a visa here, thanks for the great service. Looking forwards to next time!

I visited the Embassy to submit a visa application for a colleague. Booking an appointment online was easy, I was seen right away when I arrived (even though I was early), and the staff were friendly and helpful. I have visited many embassies over the years, but this was probably the best experience I've ever had.

If I could give zero star I would. Probably the most difficult people you could come across. Ignorant, extremely unhelpful and rude. My partner traveled over 3 hours there, waited ages to be seen. Only to be told they won't help and it's basically ''not their problem'' . He lost a days pay for this appointment, also petrol costs. What a wasted journey.

Having had the experience of coming across embassy staff who vary from abrupt to rude i was very pleasantly surprised that the staff from the embassy of Afghanistan were both jovial and helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised that my request to expedite my visa was accommodated resulting in the fastest visa turnaround i have experienced in my travels to date. A very poorly run operations, over 6 months to get a new passport and phone line that does not really function. As an intentional office you would have hoped the embassy could function to help its citizen abroad in a timely manner. Please sort this out ASAP. I can help if required to make this process smoother for others
