The staff are so rude. I wasn't expecting the way they spoke with me! My passport was expired and I came all the way from Glasgow when I asked them for advice what to do extant it or renew it. The answer was not today come tomorrow. Without reason so rude he could have say in good way to come tomorrow we are busy or some polit answer ????????????????????????

They Never answer their Office Phone. And their Voicemail is ALWAYS full. They are only good at Making money and Charging people Hundreds of Pounds for passport renewals... For stupid Fake looking Passports. Shame on u guys. Very Lazy, Shameless and bog thieves. No education. even i will not give one star we are living in 21 century and they have the system of 18 century even still with corruption i apply for cbr it is been 2 years i still do not have they told me to ask someone to go to ministry of foreign affairs ask them to do the job in here they ask us for CBR they do not know that the person who is making CBR themself are number one criminal it makes me so sad when i see our own people making corruption it is a honor to serve the people whether it is your country or from different country i hope one day it changes and we will have cbr certificate in 2 to 10 days

you may see some good review but they are all fake yes there are young people in the embassy but they are not talented they just waste they are time on facebook and talking with eachother such a waste of time and money i applied for cbr 1 year ago still not received my certificate this is all becasue of this international aid giving to our corrupt government made of warlords and criminals hope it will change

Very good job !!! We was waiting for the passport 3 weeks The passport was 1 week earlier done!!! The phone line always busy or they don't pick up BUT by email they answer straightaway or the same day very nice service !!!! Thank u so much... Iam happy with ur embassy :)

I had an excellent service from Suliaman Dawood with my birth certificate. Without this document the Botswana Government would not issue me a work visa. Additional reading some of the comments here, I have realised that people write negative experiences but all those that had an excellent service do not acknowledge it on these pages. Overall it has been an excellent experience and fantastic customer service. Thanks a lot to the Embassy of Afghanistan in London and to Suliaman.

Salam to all I had an appointment today 09:45 At Afghanistan Mbc in London But unfortunately there is a big issue with afghan to get an afghan passports in legal way so first there is no attitude at all in any of in their staff They are so rude I’ve seen by my own yes there were some visitors which they didn’t know how to write or read they were asking for help and answer from afghan Mbc staf were only to say get your afghani id and fill the form online other ways no chance to get passports or that we can speak or deal with you So im requesting to all afghan to get up and do something wullahi there’s alot problems in Afghanistan mbc in London which what I’ve seen I was feeling crying for the way they talks really rude with our in need brothers and sisters also family maters to sort out their problems but they don’t really care I think they r scare to request to the uk government to make this problem easier but unfortunately thy r uneducated people maybe they don’t know how to ask or request behalf of their afghan brothers and sisters also families So just let them to be rudely with those who are really afghans and being nice with those people which they r doesn’t know even their city name forget the village or ex.............. So my point is I’m afghan I love Afghanistan and I’ll sacrifice my self for my country I’m proud I’m afghan So they didn’t trust me as well as afghan resident and you know what they say to me you r pakistani we can’t believe you that you r afghani or ex.......but in another side I’ve got my own id from uk government which they have already given to me in 2009 Also I’ve been accepted as afghan residents from uk government (thanks to them) Brothers and sister we have to get up and sort out this problem as soon as possible other wys we all get in trouble with our cases and other stuff with these Uneducated people works in Afghanistan mbc Shame and shame on them

I checked the Embassy website about passport renewal then I followed the link to renew passport, then a new window pop up, to make appointment, for the next 6 weeks there was no appointment slot available. Then I went to the Embassy, the staff were not helpful. Infact I felt the embassy is not there to serve the Afg people. It actually there to give Afg people hard time. What a curropt and shameful Embassy. Waste of time. I guess there make it hard for people in order to bribe people. Curroption

Calling them charge u £1.52 per min just to book an appointment. Despite that I have called them more then 4 time for the same appointment and there is no one to answer the phone, they still charge u anyway. What kind people they are. Gods know. I really hate my self to be afghan by having afghan embassy like that.

There are certain issues with how Embassy of Afghanistan in London serve its customers. 1) Face to face No complaints in regards to how they behave when met face to face to do some work. They are good enough. 2) Phone communication Out of a 100 times trying to call them you would probably succeed reaching once, that also after a minimum of 30 rings. At times, if you keep ringing, they will accept your call and then reject the call right away without speaking (obviously with smartphone technology out there, it is easy to understand how you are being treated when the person on the other end accept the call and then reject it) 3) Email communication Very poor in terms of response time, solution given, language grammar, and other factors. I am in no language specialist to judge them but, I the quality of their response is so low that even someone with beginner language skills would do better. The website states that all appointments are based on prior appointment that should be taken by phone but, they don't answer the phone hence, one cannot really get an appointment unless he/she manage to speak with them on the phone. The staff seem to lack information in regards to what happens to a document when it is sent to Afghanistan for further processing on behalf of the embassy. It is hard to get something done, specially if you are living outside London (Southampton).

I'm actually ashamed of calling myself an Afghan! your bloody phone lines don't work, your staff knows nothing about the process of applying for a new passport or to renew a passport! you guys are a joke its no wonder why we are so left behind as a nation! I went to renew an expired passport but apparently I needed a taskera and the genius on the phone suggested I go to Afghanistan and get one then come back to get a new VALID passport. CAN ANY ONE TELL ME HOW THEY PLAN TO SEND PEOPLE BACK HOME TO GET A STUPID TASKERA WITH AN INVALID PASSPORT??!! ABSOLUTE IDIOTS!

The embassy staff are all there due to their backing by strong warlords or ties in the drug trade, holding non-Afghan passports. They are very lazy, coming to work at 9:30 and disappearing by 3:00 p.m., however, even during these hours they are extremely rude. There have been cases of them selling Afghan passports to non-Afghans for 1000-1500 pounds. What else do you expect from an embassy where the Ambassador has been charged with fraud in the US. After my visit to this embassy, I feel sorry about my nationality and the beasts in our government today. Can't wait to see the back of this kleptocratic, warlord-centric, drug-run government.

Useless,lazy and disrespuctful . Went twice with my mum, she needed passport but been asked for extra documents. My mum disabled came from long way but no considration. They dont know how to talk and zero communcation skill toword customers.

The services is much better compare to four years ago in Afghan Embassy because of new youngster staff in the Embassy with friendly services. Be positive.but it needs refurbishing the whole inside building it looks like you are in Kabul not in London.

Those who says they never pick up the phone, My friends you just ring some other embassy nd watch first of all you can't even easily ring them cz they got 08 numbers then they will put you on hold until you give up, those afghans who says they cant speak english, of course even if they can they shouldn't cz this is Afghanistan embassy not American. Nd after all well don lads god bless try to wake up with the intentions that you will work even harder today for your country nd people. Long live Afghanistan ????????
