I would like to thank the embassy staff for their efforts in improving their services, from the past experience things has changed, I have seen hardwork, professionalism and improved management throughout. All you have to do is book appointment and provide required documents for your service and you won't be disappointed. I have done power of attorney, Passport and certification of documents.

They must be joking! Have to wait 5 months for getting new passport, and they can’t extend the old passport as well, while they charge u for getting new passport even, I feel ashamed calling myself afghan, every where you need to have a link to sort your problems out.

I attended the embassy ten years ago and I can say they have changed their quality a lot.
I can understand some negative reviews here but that’s not embassy’s fault if you don’t give them the valid documents they are looking for. End of the day that’s their job to do things legally

Excellent service. They are doing their job just like they should do :). Fast track and straight forward. Embassy prefers straight talk as they have so many people who come regularly everyday. A person attends call when he’s free when they are not how shall they so don’t wanna blame for calls as i tried too but never get attented but when i went inside all of them was really helpful!!

I have been trying to get through to the embassy for the past 2 weeks and these guys are absolutely USELESS! I am an Afghan feeling let down, imagine what a foreigner may think of our beloved country with such embassy services. ????♂️ I have called so many times and no one is picking up, it clearly rings, goes up to where you can not leave a voicemail, I emailed and still no reply.

Is ridiculous I have been trying to get through to the embassy for the past 2 weeks I'm keep calling no one is answering the phone this is very annoying. I don’t no what’s the next option I have called so many times and no one is picking up, it clearly rings, And where you can not leave a voicemail and emailed and still no reply. This is our Embassy The get payed and no one work perfect.

Unlike what other says about the embassy, they were more than helpful and were going beyond their job discrimination to keep everyone happy.
Great customer service specially the Passport department as long as the customers were following and the rules and procedures.
If you book and appointment in advance and take the necessary document you will walk out of the embassy in less than 20 mins with your job done.
So well done to all the embassy staff for their great service.

I was totally surprised and was very happy with the service I have been given,I was there yesterday for the power of attorney related to our family house in Kabul and the whole process took one hour. I will spread the good massage and encourage all Afghans nationals who currently lives in the UK to visit their Embassy for all Afghanistan related issues but with the stable manner.
May Almighty God unite all afghans and bring peace to our beloved country.

I went to the embassy to make birth certificate and I dealt with the worst lady in my life.The lady in the 3rd floor spoke very rudely with me and she didn’t have the genuine manner that any employee should have.I also saw that she also spoke very arrongently and rudely with other people as well.

Very very pleased with the service
Even though went there without appointment (this was my fault going there without booking appointment but i needed the passport quicker so went there without appointment first of all they say they can't do it without appointment but waited for sometime and they call us after few hours so everything was sorted very very pleased)

Visited afghan embassy today after a while And was impressed by the service and how my case and application was handle by the member of staff very professionally and my questions were heard and answered politely and with smile . Thank you very much (especially the friendly officer in the middle booth ???????????????? .) 5 stars just for staff members .
But was very disappointed with cleaning and hygiene and structure of the actual embassy building walls, and in and out decoration .????????????
Ceiling plaster board is nearly faling down and covered with dump and dirt and as soon as you enter in main door can smell dump and bad smell and many moor issues.
Long story short ( that embassy and building is not safe for those detecated and hard working staff and our other brothers and sisters who visit afghan embassy .
As an afghan and Muslim I was embarrassed as many of us visited embassy of India, Bangladesh , Somalia , Iran Turkish and even dirty Pakistan embassy is better than ours embassy.
Afghans are not like this at all.
Please dear afghan embassy don't let enemies make fun of us and don't make those visitors from European countries who visit afghan embassy for visa and other services and other visitors to Lough and spit on our embassy carpet ( as it is that bad at the moment).????????????.

I went to the embassy for my CRB there was on guy he was absolutely idiot and rude.
It’s a diplomatic place where we expect to visit educated people but unfortunately he was very stupid .

Fix your embassy I went there from Manchester to get Afghan passport they refused to give me. Very rude staff especially the old guy very unprofessional. Nobody answer the phone or email the only option was to go there it took me 5 hour's to get there and the old guy refused to help me. At the end of the day I am Afghan and proud of that but what I witness at the embassy. made me ashamed to be one.

The staff is lack of knowledge,information & discipline .
Reception area is so congested,hardly 10 people can stand in the office there were only 3 chairs, no separate place for women,People were waiting in stairs.
I went twice and didn't see any tissue in the toilet .
Me and my wife booked an appointment to get Date of birth certificate for her,we provided all the required documents.I asked the guy if my wife mother and father name both could be possible to write on the birth certificate,he agreed and charged us £20 pounds.when we came back after an hour there were two errors on the certificate.he couldn't even copy the names properly from passports .
After 2 attempts,he took the certificate upstairs to attest from a senior,when he came back my wife mother name wasn't on the certificate,we asked the reason,he said we are not allowed to add Mother name until we provide وثیقه قرابت from Afghanistan,we didn't get the certificate and not even the £20 pounds that we paid for it .
I still don't understand if father name can be on birth certificate why not mother name ?
I humbly request the head of Afghan embassy to educate their staff and train them well before hiring.

I understand that it is not easy for an embassy's staffs to answer hundreds of calls they receive on a daily basis. However, I am very pleased that every time I emailed the embassy of Afghanistan, I received a prompt reply. Many thanks to the friendly staffs for their quick replies. I have been to the Afghan embassy to obtain a taskera for my child. I was told to go to the top floor of the embassy and when I arrived a member of staff came from behind me. He was being unhelpful and not doing his job properly but there was a lady there who was very good and I would like to thank her for that. however there was a guy that was really helpful and he is alled Sulayman Dawood. I really appreciate his help and the Afghan embassy should employ more people like him. thanks for your great service.
