Lovely little shop with lovely people! Was greeted with a smile! The man that fixed my phone was so lovely, reassured me it was a genuine apple product going in.. he fixed and everything works lovely! He's dad is adoreable too!! Highly recommended!!

Ace phones are my favourite. They have fixed our family phones three or four times over the years and have always been quick, reasonable and reliable. Today I had my screen replaced after closing time and it was ready fifteen minutes later. Totally great! Martine

I had my iPhone screen repaired here which was costly and tempered glass fitted which is coming off I took it back and they its fine and it was basically my Fault which it wasn't as I'm very careful with me phone making sure it's not in humid conditions and doesn't get wet this was the first me screen broke and it was an accident. The customer service was rude and obnoxious. I will never be going there again!!

I took my phone to have a screen replaced which took ages to be repaired, after having the phone less than a month the screen became unglued again as it hadn't set properly and cracked the repair was £135!!!!, I then returned it to the shop at it took them a month to fix it and they begrudgingly reduced the second repair to £85 the next problem was the fact that the shop never opens up at the weekends when it is meant to and they then promise to open and never showed up, so in all took about a month and a half to finally get my phone back from a repair that should of been free in the first place!!!!! never take your phone there!!!!

I found the owner of ace fones to be very helpful, especially as I own a android tablet which is not really his field of expertise. However my problem was I had a broken screen 10.1 inch. But he said he would have a look and see if he could replace the screen,
He did a supurb job without any fuss, and I'm extremely grateful to him.
I found him to be very helpful especially as he is under strain due to lack of staff, and is not always in shop, however there is always a phone no on the door and he is never far away.
I would definitely recommend him. And I will definitely use his shop if and when I need to. I would definitly give Ace fones a 10 star rating.
