Ovcasionally long waits but friendly and accommodating staff, customer bathrooms on premises and within the immediate vicinity of Picadilly in the City of Westminster. Ample seating opportunities while waiting for your banking rep.

It’s the worst Metrobank branch i’ve visited. I am client of Metrobank since 3 years and i had been a lot of branches. Unfortunately this one is the worst. Altough 3 or 4 customer represantives were avialable and were chatting each other they made me wait 15-20 minutes. After that one of them accepted me. But this time he refused to start opening an account for my daughter as there wasn’t enough time to do!!! While i was kept waiting they knew that i was waiting for to open an account. And we could finish if they had started earlier.

To follow up me turning up at 10 am to change my bank card i left at 10:45 and without my new card! Apparently the guy couldn't activate it and im cardless now!! While waiting a girle in yoga tight turned up so the manager got up his desk from the other end of the bank and came to see her ,i was standing there for 25 mins no one spoke to me! I wasn't wearing yoga tight i guess thats the reason! Over all staff looks miserable and not smiling ever and the service is terrible, feels like its run by gangsters or they think they are anyway ! Not for me

Worst bank experience ever! Work of fellow departments is completely not synchronized. They closed our business account without any explanation at all and my client relation manager did not even notified me about it. No correspondence was received either. When I asked for the reason - no relevant response was provided. they also did not respond how I am supposed to open an account with different bank during this lockdown. Making the final payment took me 40 minutes!! This is a complete failure on all fronts - customer support, internet banking and everything else what you expect normal bank to do. Do not make any business with Metro Bank

Incredibly poor service today, I went in to open a new business account. Only 2 other customers waiting and was told it would be an hour wait to be seen. As soon as I was seen the employee asked for the name of the company, I showed him the company name on the card then he walked away for half an hour. He was helping others and eventually came back to me to say he couldn't find the company name listed. He mentioned he had spoken to the manager and others to search but couldn't find it. I said the name of the company again and he said that it wasn't the name I had originally provided. He then got very frustrated and said I hadn't given him the right name, when in fact I had showed him the name on the card as well and couldn't remember the name I had supposedly said. I wasn't happy with the service and decided to leave, the employee then went on to say that it was my poor attitude which is why he could not proceed. He continued to explain that I was preventing him from carrying out the search when in fact when he finally did search, he mentioned that there were "hundreds of companies with the same name". I had been in branch for almost 2 hours at this point, fed up and decided it was best to leave.

Not a fan of the big banks so I thought I would try a second tier bank and give them a chance. Went there to open a business banking account. Had to wait 30 minutes even with appointment while dozens of employees were standing around doing nothing and the seating was full. Young lady who eventually came to open the account was dangerously untrained for business banking or any job with numbers. I had to spend 20 minutes explaining to her what the difference between capital and turnover. At one point she asked me how many zeroes are in 3 million pounds and even after I told her she didn't believe it and showed me her monitor with the correct amount not understanding that her system uses two decimal places. Spent three hours there but will never use the account because if these are type of people they employ I don't trust my business' money with them or really even a couple of quid.

Very disappointed with the staff in this store very bad attitude from lower level to senior level made an observation spoke to a manager about it and now been told I should not have this store is always empty you can see why they are in the wrong place. Not friendly not helpful definitely would not advise anyone to use this branch being brutally honest. Maybe this review will perk them up and they may change but at this rate they may lose a lot of buisness.

The worst service and bank ever! I went inside 5 times to switch my account. The fifth they made me seat and start looking documents. 2 proof of address plus passport. I brought council tax, house contract, water bill and didn't accept because one was written flay 4 third floor and then the other one flat 4 only. Unbelievable!

Pour les français, ne changez pas vos euros dans cette banque! Allez plutôt dans les bureaux de change des boutiques de souvenirs dans les rues de Londres, c’est beaucoup plus avantageux pour vous! Sur 200 euros à échanger, la banque donne 151 livres alors que le gars du magasins de souvenirs 162.. Je vous laisse vous faire votre avis!

Fui para que me cambiaran unos antiguos billetes de libra por otros nuevos, ya que dejaron de estar en circulación. Al entrar, nos dijeron que sí, que nos las cambiarían. Tras esperar una larga cola, nos dicen que lo sienten mucho pero que no puede ser. El establecimiento en sí es muy transparente y elegante, pero de nada sirve si no es útil.
