Wish i could give it 0.The rudest staff in any place of business i have ever encountered. Appalling. They are deliberately targeting the elderly to scam them out of money. Were the victims of fraud and went to report in branch to be shouted at "i ask the questions here"? and ushered away.The conclusion of the police investigation revealed it was internal fraud. Be warned do not trust these scammers with a fiver of your money. Absolutely awful people in there. Rotten to the core

I felt sorry for the 1 lady working behind the cash desk who had to face the continuous queue of some 30+ people. Once I'd been served by her I then had to wait again, for ages, to see another person who could finish helping me with my 3 relatively simple enquires. Took over an hour to withdraw some cash, change my phone number and order a new card . Might be time to change banks.

Unbelievably ridiculous service. Withdrew money IN the bank in pounds from my euro account, tried to deposit them at the SAME machine and it didn’t accept one note and after half an hour the manager herself wanted to keep the note the machine had just gave me because it was “fake”!(?) That whole thing happened, not willing to solve their own problem, unbelievably rude, no investigation, loss of money and time!

I am reviewing this branch again after 3 years and I only have good things to say about them. I would like to mention a special thank you to Miss Jag Patel , she only works part time so do ask for her as she is extra efficient , calm and very proactive. Not only did my SWIFT TT get organised she also suggested an upgrade of my current account and I truly wish to thank her for her help !

The worst Natwest branch I ever encounter. If I could give 0 stars I would ! Long waiting times to be served or greeted by a member of the staff . One of the staff members have refereed to me as a " SHE " instead of " the customer " then been told to seat down as someone would come to speak with me . Waited 20 minutes and had to leave as I was so annoyed. Do not recommend to anyone!

Opening a bank account here is a nightmare. NatWest has got to have the worst customer service of any bank I've ever stumbled across. There is always some reason why they can't help, or provide a service they have advertised. Despite having a conversation with service reps on the phone about the proper forms of identification and documentation to bring in, to open a new account: I was sent away and told to come back with something completely different. No apologies, or empathy. Huge waste of my time. Will not be opening an account with NatWest as a direct result of my experience with team members at this location.

Waiting to be seen by the cashier for 25 min is not acceptable. Only 1 staff at cashier during busy time from 12-13 pm is absolutely not acceptable. Sort it out!

Unbelievably bad customer service. People standing around with iPads trying to steer you toward automated machines although three counters available with one person dealing with the customers. We do not want to work with machines all the time. Get the staff to deal with customers at the counters instead of standing around trying to look important. And don not dare say anything about it in the branch - the staff really turn on you.

The worst and slowest customer service ever, rude very unfriendly stuffs. They are not helpful, not motivated at all. It is getting worse day by day. Few years ago it was so different! If l can just ignore to go this brand and the bad vibe that they have. I prefer to go to Lloyds bank and transfer money to my Natwest account.

I can not believe the experience I have just received after having being a Natwest customer for the past 10 years. I walked in and asked to get information regarding a credit card, the guy at the door mispelled my name 5 times then told me to go and seat and wait, like if i was in school or something. I was then invited to go and see somebody in a room who literally told me I should just check the app instead of asking him and kept doing his own stuff on the computer without evening acknowledging i was there. It kind of felt like walking in an off license in a third world country, where you can't speak the same language hence you just ignore each other. horrible. Will look at closing my account and move somewhere else.

I guess the only time you are ever going to rate a bank is if you have had a bad bank or money experience and had to go in for help to put it right. This happened to me and Ashley at this branch was brilliant. No messing, no fuss and got it sorted on a Saturday.

Worst service ever! After my replacement card was sent to the branch, I was told they would message me when it's arrived at the branch. After a week of waiting, when I phoned up to see if they've received it, I was told that they'll check their mailbox and call back later to confirm. I received no calls! After another week of waiting, I go to the branch to check they've received it and after much hesitation, the guy goes to check the back office, comes back and tells me they did, in fact, receive it a while back! I cannot believe they made me wait two weeks for a replacement card! Terrible service!!

Very bad customer service from a woman behind the counter called Jag, she threw the change requested for the shop on the floor and expected me to pick up and also gave the wrong amount of change. Very poor service by her and not the first time. It’s more than once this has happened.

Visited the branch in March to submit some urgent business banking forms. Staff were arguing among themselves behaving very bad, disgusting and unprofessional. The forms had to be submitted to any Natwest and they are to follow their internal procedure of sending the forms to the business banking department. Two months on the forms I have submitted allegedly have reached the banking team but they are waiting for this branch to send an internal document which they should have sent with the forms. The business banking team say they cannot do anything due to the incompetence of this branch. I am amazed at Natwest. As a result I will have to close my account and reopen a business account elsewhere because of this internal document not being sent.

I’ve had terrible experience each time I used this branch. Applied for a joint account online and walked in to this branch to show my ID. I waited for months only to find out the branch did not process my ID and the joint account application was closed. I had to start the application process again.
