If there is a less than one star option I could have gone for it . Not recommended at all as my mum sent money to a family member and we checked after two weeks realising that the money didn't go yet .she called
them and they told her to come and do the transaction again then but yet AGAIN they did not send, and is yet not arrived as I'm writing this complaint . This is not professional at all and we also noticed that they opened another account on my mom's name WHITEOUT HER PERMISSION and we here don't even know if it's closed yet or they didn't even bother

As a loyal customer and after a hugely frustrating experience not receiving any responses to my very basic queries from the banks Marrakech branch,where I opened my account following my property sale there, I came across Omar at the banks London office.I have nothing but praise for this gentleman- very friendly, professional and efficient and he provided me with the information I was unable to receive over many many months dealing with the banks Marrakech branch quickly. Update: Lack of empathy when issues arise, especially when it's the Bank's fault!!! I had to call several times to speak to someone that handles the money transfers, to tell me:" wait until tomorrow and you can get your money" (in a tone of voice of someone who does not care). Again, the Morrocan mentality and lack of professionalism and communication skills ruins the Customer Experience.

Very kind staff indeed, but the reactivity, service and way to work is inefficient and very bad quality. I transfer money a month ago, and still not arrived on my Moroccan account. When I called them they said, we don’t have your details because they lost them and we are waiting for copy of passport and proof of address. Unbelievable, they said that, after 4 weeks!
Is that today’s banking service?!

A pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend anyone who wishes to open a Moroccan bank account to look no further than attijariwafa bank which is situated in Praed Street London. The customer service and sense of welcoming is impeccable to say the least, I have had dealings with Yousef, Abdulqadir and Omar and they are the best at what they do and for that I personally thank them for making my life a lot easier in regards to banking in Morocco from London.
