Completely atrocious! I loathe this branch having used it more than a few times. Years ago before the refurbishment of this branch they used to have about 6-7 windows with as many employees ready to serve customers. You'd be seen very quickly back then and could resolve your issues quickly. Now after being refurbished they have 2 desks to serve customers, one of which is usually empty. You will now frustratingly be forced to wait for ages to see someone because they have a single desk for customer service, it's ridiculous. If there is a queue don't expect to be seen quickly. The complete and utter bellend who made the decision to have the branch redesigned to what it is today seriously deserves a whack for all the irritation and frustration this drooling dunce has caused to customers!

During COVID-19, the place had a good system in place to ensure social distancing and sufficient markings were placed outside the bank to ensure people are lined up before entering the bank. Place is clean as well and offers free hand sanitizer to use. Customer service is excellent and patient as well. Moreover, this is one of the available NatWest branches in the Camden/Euston/Mornington Crescent area itself. If you want to withdraw money, there shouldn’t be a problem as there are two ATMs located outside of the bank for convenience. Would definitely recommend people to bank with NatWest due to excellent services and well positioned branches throughout central London.

Probably the worst bank branch I've ever been too. The manager has no idea how the staff operate, website information incorrect, excessive queue due to incompetence. Not only poorly run but the branch itself in need of refurbishment

Pretty terrible experience. Queued for about 30mins. There was only one person on the counter but the queue was building out to the entrance door. The staff were calm but there was way too few of them. When I eventually got to the counter I was questioned why I didn’t use the machine - because I do not know how to use the machine and there was absolutely no staff around to help me!!! Hugely frustrating experience.

I went there yesterday and I was initially very skeptical as I read terrible reviews on here but I was serviced by a guy named Nick who was the most competent and friendly guy I have ever come across in a bank. I was on my way within 5 minutes. I did have to wait for a bit but not too long.

Very slow service. Do not waste lunch breaks here, you will leave feeling annoyed and disappointed. Always very long cues- waiting for about half an hour. Not interested in length of cues and get into in long conversations when it is obvious there is a line of annoyed customers. Staff should also apologise for long waits.

if i could give 0 stars i would Terrible customer service & incompetent staff do not care about people in the queue waiting to be served. staff talking to each other whilst serving people abut there weekend. only 2 staff behind the till with about 15 people in the queue and has the cheek to say its tea time and walked off. Honestly the worse bank simply go across the road to Barclays with better staff and faculties for customers.

Very nice staff but the service suffers because they are not being given enough support to run this branch versus how busy it is. Customers are often rude because of the waits which is unfair as it is not the staffs fault. However the company have a responsibility to their staff to ensure they are properly equipped to deal with how busy their branch gets. They are often left to field complaints because equipment is broken and their head office have not sent someone ASAP to fix it. I would advise if you use this branch to be patient and understanding that the staff are trying to help as best they can and to take your complaints to the central company who have failed to support their local branch staff.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Waited for over an hour to have a 2 minute conversation. The staff was RUDE, talking to me with little respect I had to just cut her off and leave. Get new, more and better staff, and make your bank branch more efficient so people don't wait decades. 100% prefer Nation Wide bank. How does that feel.

In my experience, the staff are great. The problem is that the place is overwhelmed with customers and the Natwest management won't employ enough staff to service them. Perhaps the bosses don't feel they are rich enough yet? A few years back, there were 5 windows with tellers, now there are 2 desks for enquiries, but only 3 tellers. They say it's an "improvement." Isn't that always what they say?

There is usually a long queue at this branch due to not having enough staff at the counter. Service is good from the staff, they try to get you to use the ATM machines instead of waiting in the line, but a few of the machines keep rejecting perfectly good notes. So you just end up queuing again!

Disgraceful customer service , queue for 30 mins then get sent upstairs to wait another 45 minute to make a transfer that with any other bank takes 2 minutes!! If they at least gave you a card reader you could do this action yourself !!????

Long queues, confusing practices. Have to queue downstairs to then queue upstairs in order to get transactions complete which would otherwise take 2 mins elsewhere. Rude and unhelpful staff.

I give one star because I am not allowed to give ZERO. Applied on line to open a bank account, received my package, went to this branch to bring my ID. The woman said all done, in around 5 working days you will receive your card and after the PIN. 3 weeks passed, nothing happend, went back there today. Spoken to a different woman, nothing is in the system and she said she would have called be back by 4.30PM so I could have give her the reference number of my application. No one called. This is the customer service from the Camden Town branch! You guys can be described in one word: useless.

Really bad service .I have to give zero star not only 1 star .any time I order coins to collect for my shop it's short money .all the time they do not put the right money for me or some customers which they have same problem as me .I have to go back all the way to take the right money For machines when something is wrong you have to wait half an hour for staff to come and help you .really disappointing:((
