Been with really appalling letting agents in Brighton in the past but Cambridge has by far been the best one. They quickly resolved any issues we had, they voiced any concerns we had to the landlord direct and clearly, and they have been so polite throughout our tenancy. Looking to find a new flat/house with them again once our old tenancy runs out!

I recently completed my 2nd sale using Brand Vaughn and their service is always excellent. Selling your home can be a stressful time, but they take care of everything for you while always keeping you informed of any developments.
For my last sale they provided a complete end to end service ensuring a detailed valuation, high quality description & photographic brochure, all encompassing marketing, courteous viewings & finally following the sale to completion, ensuring timescales were met. All delivered while also locating my next property and assisting with the financing. The best around.

Any queries I have had with letting my 1 bedroom flat out they have been quick to answer and reassure me. I called into Brand Vaughan on Western Road today. Lerryn Begley was quick to assist me and was most informative about the property I was interested in renting. Her enthusiasm and helpfulness was charming. I inquired about Landlord Insurance which is incredibly good value if bought through Bran Vaughan and by the time I had arrived home nearby, Lerryn had forwarded me details of the insurance. Her customer service skills are second to none.

So lucky to have found Paul Saso and Cambridge Residential to find my gorgeous flat. Paul you're officially my hero! You've bend over backwards to help me with everything and made it the best experience I've had with a letting agency. Would highly recommend Paul and Cambridge if you're looking for someone that cares about making you happy with your property, reducing the hassle to deal with bits and bobs around the flat (Paul helped sorting out a new washer/ fridge etc), and finding the best solution to suit your circumstances/ budget!

I would advise land lords to look else where for good management agents. Their contractor failed to seal my bath mastic correctly. BV took my money and never inspected the property during the following 10 months, allowing a leak to rot the bathroom floor. Once I inspected, it took them 10 days to get a contractor in there, and they recommended resealing the mastic again ignoring the rotten floor, and showed little sense of urgency.
Next the new account manager has told me she can't comment on any activity before she took over. I thought I was dealing with an agency, not individuals. Don't you keep basic records ?
Then she announced she was going on annual leave for a week, and insufficient cover was put in place in her absence, leaving me to chase them.
If this is "award winning" management I dread to think what the others are like. #Shocking !!! #don't believe thehype. #too many clients? #Snail's Pace Award #We won't manage your property if you don't manage us !!

My partner and I went through the process of purchasing a property which was being sold via Brand Vaughn. Overall, I would recommend Brand Vaughan and use them when it comes to selling my place. The team were all professional and helpful although there were initial problems with communication when we made an offer and they didn’t get back to us for a while when they said they would but after this process things ran a lot smoother which is largely down to Karen Franks (Senior Sales Progressor) she was so helpful, really friendly and was always professional. She kept us updated, our calls or emails were always returned quickly and she helped coordinate things when workmen had to go to the property. Karen made the whole process less stressful, which my partner and I are very grateful for and is the reason I am giving 5 stars instead of 4.
