Recently I was introduced to this company who I found to be charming, refreshing and professional.
After discussions with them I decided to appoint them to manage properties that I own, and cease my arrangement with the managing agents I currently have.
One property I own, required new tenants, and to my astonishment HW Estates arranged a number of viewings , rapidly, and let the property at a rental income that I am very satisfied with and in my mind justified the change I made.
I am delighted and look forwrad to a long and pleasant association, and hope the "lockdown" will cease soon and I can meet the charming persons I have spoken to, face to face, which up to now I have been unable to do.I live soem distance from where the properties are situated.

We were recently letting through HW estate agents. Unfortunately our landlord sold the property, but HW tried to assist us in finding a new property. Whilst renting through HW I found them professional and extremely courteous. They were always happy to help with any issues that arose. We are renting privately now but if we needed to move in the future I would definitely recommend HW.

I recently sold my property via HW Estate Agents and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the first communication regarding valuation, through to visiting the property, marketing it and then dealing with the buying process, exchange and completion I cannot fault them. They have been attentive, responsive and helpful and demonstrated the utmost professionalism throughout, it was almost a pleasurable process!! We felt as though they were in our corner, which might sound like a strange thing to say but what I mean is we never felt compromised by an ulterior motive to simply get the commission in. After an established Estate Agent was not able to let my property I decided to approach HW. Luckily for me it turned out to be the best decision I made.
As a landlord you do not want your property sitting empty. These guys worked tirelessly and got my property rented within days.
The service was impeccable.

The service is outstanding.
The cost to me as a landlord was minimum.

The thought of entrusting not only an agent to find a suitable tenant but to assist in managing my portfolio was one that I never considered due to the fact I honestly believed I would not find an agent with exceptionally high standards as myself and what my tenants expect and deserve too. A huge thank you to the team at HW and Liam in particular for selling our property. After trying to sell our property with three other local agents, where we received infuriatingly poor service, we luckily came across HW! They are friendly, professional and motivated, ensuring we sold our flat in next to no time very smoothly.
