I had the pleasure to deal with Natalie and Tony when our flat was rented out. They were both very helpful and professional. I will not hesitate to use them again. Tony was amazing in finding tenants for me and seems genuine and honest in his approach. They both reply to emails and phone calls promptly and are very helpful.

I had the pleasure of buying my first property through Knight & Knoxley and cannot fault how professional and helpful Tony is!
Tony was open and honest with me throughout the process and kept me in the loop at every stage as well as being amazing at chasing up loose ends for me and my vendor.
Tony was down to earth, very approachable and always got back to me really quickly with any request I had. He also didn't come across as estate agent who just wanted to make a sale but someone who genuinely cared about his customers.

We did not purchase the property with Tony and Knight Knoxley, but came close.
We found them to be the most pro-active, reactive and professional of all the estate agents we dealt with over an extremely busy 2 month period. Yep... good luck buying a house here, its gone nuts!
They were also literally the only agent to enforce covid rules, which as a seller, I would actually be quite comforted by.
I would use these guys if / when we sell in the future assuming Tony is still in charge.

We've just sold a four bedroom house in Brighton with Knight & Knoxley. From the start they were a cut above the rest.
Their photographer is brilliant and the whole presentation is elegant. She came to our house twice to catch the best lighting. And took the trouble to wait until the road was car free for the front shot. These little things compound to a big difference.
There were lots of potential sticking points during the sale. Most worryingly our buyer's buyer had their London house significantly devalued during the sale process. Mark and Tony remained calm and professional (and un-estate agenty - I mean that as compliment) throughout and skillfully negotiated what could have been a deal-breaking issue.
Selling a house is a stressful time, but it could have been so much harder.
If you're selling in Brighton and want the best sale price and to deal with nice, professional people, I'd highly recommend the excellent Knight & Knoxley.

We recently sold our 5-bedroom house through Knight & Knoxley and we had a very positive experience with them.
We initially dealt with Ruth and Tony on the sale, and both worked really hard in a challenging market.
The sale was finally closed with the help of a lot of work up and down the chain by Lisa Christie.
Lisa had to cope with a very late price renegotiation request from our buyers, which she handled very well, and also managed to help bring the deals to exchange in the middle of the Covid19 lock-down.
Without Lisa's input the sale would not have gone through.
