After having a terrible experience with a national competitor, I was referred to Knight & Knoxley by a one of my family members.
The experience was a breath of fresh air. Though a couple of deals fell through as new issues surfaced with the property. The staff at K&K adapted, found a final buyer and handled the whole process with honesty and integrity.

The team were fantastic with our house sale/purchase.
What makes Knight and Knoxley is their experience, customer service, branding and their virtual tours! Which my wife and I thought were brilliant. Unlike usual videos/wide angles photos, they are interactive and in proportion, it was literally like viewing each house, this really saved time and allowed us to view properties we wanted.
They got an amazing price for our house and their slick brand and professional photos really framed our house nicely-
All in all a 5 star experience! Thank you all so much

Nat and his team recently sold our home and from the outset, the approach was fantastic. The way our property was marketed was excellent which ensured we had a lot of viewings in a short space of time that helped minimise disruption to our lives, especially as we have 3 small children! Fantastic experience buying our flat with Knight and Knoxley. As a first time buyer, I had been dreading this part of the buying process, because of what I had been told about estate agents over the years - but Nic could not have been more helpful, patient and responsive. He made the process feel smooth and was always at the end of a phone or email if you needed him. I met a few estate agents while looking for a property and having someone who actually seemed to care looking after you and explaining what was happening, made the whole thing a very pleasant experience! Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The flat we purchased through Knight & Knoxley in Brighton has just completed. Nicholas Carter dealt with the sale and as a first time buyer it was made easy from start to finish.
Prompt communication between Nic and us, the vendors and both side's solicitors made for a smooth process, from viewings to getting the keys.
I would definitely recommend Knight & Knoxley to any prospective buyers, and from what I hear from the vendors I would recommend them to prospective sellers too!

Got an estate agent around to check the place, the process felt really dated so I figured maybe try somewhere else. Coincidentally, a new estate agent opened just then, right at the end of the road - their graphic design and virtual tours had me thinking this would be a better team to work with, so I popped in and had a chat with Nat. All went smoothly, they sold my house to a new family and found me an ideal new house to move into with my family, just what we were lookin' for in exactly the right location.
