The reason we initially chose Knight & Knoxley, a newly founded estate agent over other 'established' agents was based on a gut instinct after an impromptu 'pop-in' to the premises. After meeting the team, we felt confident that we were dealing with people who understood our needs and requirements, rather than being treated as a number or simply 'another' customer with 'another' piece of property to sell.
Dealing with other estate agents, I've never truly been sure as to who they have been working for - the seller, the vendor, or themselves. It quickly became apparent that Knight & Knoxley operated with a moral compass, acting as a trusted go-between between both seller and vendor. If a request from the buyer was wide of the mark, it was mentioned to them and reflected on, and the same with any requests from my side as the seller. Fairness and transparency were the key things we gained from choosing K&K, as well as constant communication to keep all parties in the loop, and the sale on the boil.
After receiving such excellent support and subsequent after-sales support/guidance/advice, I would highly recommend the services of Knight & Knoxley to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

I cannot recommend Knight and Knoxley enough, they worked extremely hard for us from the start to the end of our sale. They are extremely knowledgable and helped us work out some complicated matters to do with title deeds, capital gains etc. You get much more with them than just the sale of your home. No "sales man" attitudes, I found them very trustworthy and reliable.

Knight and Knoxley were really nice on a viewing and I was looking to select an agent to sell my home. I had already seen three other agents, but I was delighted when Alex from Knight and Knoxley attended to value my property.
There were several big factors that attracted me to Knight and Knoxley above two big chains and one local agent:
Firstly, Alex and his lovely small team are personable, honest and communicate effectively and efficiently. I wanted to support a local business.
Secondly, the quality of the photography and virtual reality tour was remarkable. Of all the agents media I have seen while house hunting, it is noticeable that the quality of the images completely blows all of them out of the water - many of my friends from the media and advertising world have commented that they have never seen better. I even used my virtual tour to get quotations from removal companies without the need for a visit. I am sure this package only brought serious buyers to the open house as they could "tour" the house prior to its launch.
Thirdly, advertising on both Rightmove and Zoopla was a key factor that many local agents don't offer.
Needless to say, we had multiple offers after the open house and the property sold through sealed bids within the week.
I would throughly recommend Alex and his team if you're looking to sell or rent your home. I hope they open a secondary branch in Hove just in case I need to sell my new home in the future!
