We worked with Jack Naylor a little while back to rent our house in Brighton. He was incredibly professional, honest, helpful, and made the whole process very straightforward. He was also pleasant and polite at all times, and took great photos of our house. I would thoroughly recommend Jack if you are looking to rent your property out!

In the beginning I wasn't sure whether I should use a mortgage advisor at all, as previously I applied all by myself. Hence I was reluctant to say the least.
I have to admit I was very wrong, one property failed another had to have two amendments, throughout the process Jack Johnson was exceptional, he was very patient, discussed with me the options and timelines, and to be honest I would have given up and missed the opportunity to be in my new home, if it wasnt with his help. Thank you ever so much Jack. Looking back I can see how much a difference a mortgage broker can make...

Me and my girlfriend were desperate for someone to give us a chance for our own place, as it was difficult with a cat and a dog to find somewhere. Alex responded to one of our emails and she was lovely from start to finish. Alex was highly communicative and shared our enthusiasm for the place we secured, Alex played a big part in this and we are very grateful. After securing the place Eloise then dealt with the administrative stuff and she was equally as communicative and friendly. We can’t recommend Fox & Sons western road enough thanks to these two.

While the customer service was good to get me into the flat the experience has been sadly very lacking since I moved in. 3 months in and I am still waiting for some basic maintenance to be completed that was flagged before I moved in. The speed of response and the general lack of urgency on anything that doesn't involved making the sell is unfortunately cliche but apparent

I would recommend Fox and Sons to anyone looking for a rental property in Brighton. Kane showed me round the flat I am now in twice and was friendly and patient. Rachel was always on the end of the phone for advice and liaised very well with the owner about work that needed to be done before moving in.
