Repeatedly lied by phone, face to face, and even in writing to TDS adjudicator. They treat tenants as fodder for landlords with absolutely no responsibility taken for any problems. Belligerent, lazy, high-handed and dismissive. Ineffably bad in every way.

I have been booked through with Fox&Son this afternoon for viewing apartment in Marina. However, when I get there, they just canceled it with barely no explanation. I just contacted with one of their stuff half hour ago before I went out.

Will mislead, mismanage and appear to lie on behalf of landlords. Get ready to have more than 5 agents "manage" your tenancy so that a confused paper trail and "ignorance" of long running problems become the norm - expect 6-12 month timescales to resolve even basic problems. Avoid at all costs.
