I came to the High Commission this morning and with not much of hope, I was requested to call the High Commission on their phone, Spoke to a Gentleman from High Commission of India from Public Response department regarding issues with my evisa, although as claimed the High Commission does not deal with evisa he just didn’t put down the phone but assisted me with calmness and details just as I needed. Should say eye for detail and precision to information needed. I was served well by this Gentleman. Thanksxx

It was a really very very well coordinated and the staff at the Indian High Commission are very respectful. My experience right from the beginning has been very pleasant. I lost my passport yesterday night as my wife's bag was stolen which had our passports. I called the Indian embassy emergency number and they have given me clear instructions on how to obtain a new passport. They asked me to come in today on a weekend and just within couple of hours of waiting they have provided me with a new passport. I would really like to thank MR.KAUSHAL. He has been very helpful in the entire process and also the lady who has guided me on the phone and has followed up with me as well. THANK YOU ALL!!

He was very Helpful, polite and he gave advice that was extremely useful, which no one had advised before. That's y I am giving 5 stars.

Visited HCI London for Birth Registration for my kid (less than year). Prepared all the documents as mentioned in the website. Appointment was at 10:30. I was allowed to get inside at 10:10. Brief security check and then I was given a token. I was called in 10 minutes. I submitted the application, supporting documents and fee (cash). The person handed me hard copy of birth certificate immediately (then and there). I was out of the office at 10:33 with required document in my hand.

In short, Excellent service. I spoke to this gentleman in the public service call center. He was very polite and patiently listened to my queries and gave me the exact answer I was looking for. He also verified the information and made me aware that I was referring an outdated information and updated me with the latest information. Great customer service.

I spoke to a gentleman from Public Response Unit, though my query wasn't even vaguely related to what High Commission of India can directly help me with!! I still managed to receive a great service. This gentleman very politely pointed me at the right direction. Now that's I call "Excellent service"!! ---I spoke to a human being who understood that I am bit lost and in a panic situation and instead of putting down the phone he took care by being grounded or to be precise a by being responsible & good human being. My interaction today changed my perception about support from HCI London - they were Superb today. I spoke to a male member of staff from public response unit - the person was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a complex query regarding my OCI, which he guided me through step by step and provided a clear mitigation path to rectify the issue. Exemplary service. I had two occasions now when I got in touch with them. Once in person due to an emergency (without an appointment) and once over the phone. I used to work in hospitality and my standards of a good service are quite high! I must say the service and professionalism exceeded above and beyond my expectations!! I felt so much at ease knowing that I will be looked after and will be able to get help from my country when needed despite living in a foreign country. Keep up the great work :)
