The call was answered promptly and the services provided for travel to India under the current situation regarding Covid - 19, OCI etc was very clear, helpful and professional. We had lots of issues and bad reviews of Indian High Commission but today spoke to a Gentleman in the customer service on the landline and he guided us very nicely for our emergency visa, you can imagine people like us who calls with soo much of anxiety and tension. our whole perception of Indian Govt has changed the way we were served by this person. We were guided step by step for the emergency visa and were also guided how to apply further. Cheers !!!

Was glad to have very good customer care service by a gentleman on the emergency mobile service of the High Commission in London, in the past few years back we had bad experiences with the High Commission and we were dreading to call as no one would pick up, but to our surprise the mobile call was picked on one ring and we were give a 5 star service by this man late night, who went out of his way to give us all information over the phone, he himself started the computer late night and helped us with the needful. no words to express my gratitude. Thanks. (I hope he and the concerned authorities see this review)

I called on the Diwali day, 14 November’20, the mobile emergency late night, the mobile call was picked up immediately by a gentleman who served us well with an emergency visa, he had good info, and well spoken English. I was surprised Indian Embassy picked up the call on a Diwali day and that too had patience to explain, proud of my Embassy, therefore this review i wish to give. Jai Hind! Jai Bharat.

I live in London and I had to get a visa for my husband and the gentleman on the out of office medical line was extremely considerate and helpful. I had gone to apply for my passport renewal at one of the events regularly held by the Indian High commission in conjunction with the VFS (which is extremely helpful and convenient as this saves you a trip to London or one of the other centers you'd usually have to go to). The process was very quick and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. A bit more clarity on the documents required could be even more helpful, but the way the staff operate and assist, that more than compensates if you've missed out on getting any documents ready at hand. However, my experience was further enhanced by the extremely polite and well spoken gentleman from the public response unit, my call got directed to, for some additional documents that required to be submitted. I was assisted in a clear manner and given the exact steps to take and points on contact i needed to forward the relevant documents. Very pleased with the experience and service over-all until now. Very efficient and smooth functioning of this body. Many thanks.

I had travelled from Kenya to get some documents attested, and despite the usual processing times which would have meant I would need to reschedule return, the staff at the high commissions took into consideration my return travel and processed my applications so that I would not have to rebook my return tickets. They were polite and helpful each time I called, and responded to my queries promptly on email too. They have been exceptional in their customer service.

No good customer service nor they are working to serve the interest of India. High Commissioner & support staff are less interested in giving service in case of emergency & death. They don't answer the emergency calls nor they return your calls. Need big surgery at top. Change of guards & hard training needed very badly

I had to call Indian High Commission urgently this morning as my cousin is in hospital in India. The gentleman from public relationship unit answered the phone with in few seconds and explained everything in detail. After having an awful night, I was relieved and hopeful that I might be able to obtain a visa in time for my flight to India. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to a gentleman who provided me with step by step guidance with patience. One of the best customer service I have received so far.

Called the Public response centre of the Indian Embassy in London, call was picked in one ring, my question was answered to the point with additional guidance on visa options. I work in hospitality industry and should say I am totally amazed and impressed with the service provided specially the patience level and determination to help. Last week I called again for another query for my colleague as we all are going to India for business and tourism and again should say totally excellent service with the attitude to help, wish we have a similar service with our UK offices. CHEERS !!!
