I was able to process my NBI clearance in 20 minutes or so. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Great service. There was a bit of a wait, but it was understandable due to the COVID restrictions and social distancing which was being observed properly.

Beware! Staffs are rude and not helpful, emails and phones not answered . Phoned many times no reply. Came for clearance , staffs asked me for more stamps and was delayed for an hour!
