I went to have my passport renewed today and it took me only 30 minutes to complete everything. The staff who attended to me also suggested that while I'm there, I might as well register as an OFW voter for 2019 elections. It sounded smart and convenient for me so I stayed another 15 minutes to complete my voter's application.
