Spoken to a lady between March 5, 2020 between 09.10-09.15 in the Philippine Embassy London. She is very unapproachable and the tone of her voice is quite rude. I would not recommend that type of personnel who provides services to people like her.

The staff are not accommodating. They don’t even give you the options available for whatever you are applying for. If not for another applicant we won’t know that ours can be posted. Went last March 5 2018. Place was accessible and easy to find. They are officially open at 9am but staff are already there by 830am and people can start waiting and queue inside. After 8weeks, my baby girl's passport is ready for pick up. And to be fair, they pick up calls. Just have to choose the right option.
