Visited Manchester embassy and not happy with the sevice , I had appointment booked and came early , however I needed to wait 20mins longer for to the served. Customer servise horrible and needs improving. Impossible to book an appointment time , because the service it is slow and not organised at all.

To book an appointment it's like to book a visit to see The Queen!! They always busy, all dates are booked. I don't understand why we have embassy in London if its impossible to get there.

Appointment booking system is a joke. Even when I have contacted them to say it must be an issue with it, not anyone is interested to respond. Sometimes it is way more easier to fly back home to get things done...

Would be usegul to have a bin in a waiting room. It wasnt very clear where exactly you should be going to so it could be better marked whats on lower level and whats on top level. Otherwise all good.

Please ensure, that your officers get proper training about UK procedures before advising people. I needed to change my driving licence and was requested to pay the fee of a certificate that DVLA do not need at all. I wasted 50 pounds and more than month of time. In the end, I have to repeat the application and pay another fee with the right authorities. Please, do not misguide people and do not advice about the formalities, if you are not quite sure.

Never had any problems with the employees or the service they provide. Pleasant, quick and professional customer service. I would however suggest avoiding the embassy during summer when it gets incredibly busy. Get your things sorted beforehand if possible.

Really poor customer service, the staff are unknowledgeable and not willing to help. I’ve been in contact with Irena Stankuviene in regard to my passport being mistakenly sent to the migration department in Vilnius. The document was returned to the embassy by DVLA , the embassy by default sent the document to Vilnius migration department in Lithuania instead of contacting me first. Apparently the reason why the embassy had to send the document back to Lithuania is because I am still registered (declared place of living) in Vilnius, however that makes absolutely no sense as I’ve lived in England for the last 6 years, I work here, I studied here. So why wouldn’t they send the document to my actual address or at least try to contact me first. I contacted the embassy and was told that the only way for me to get my only personal identification document back is to wait for the quarantine to be over and then go to Lithuania myself and pick it up in person. I enquired why the passport cannot be picked up from the embassy if I live in England, didn’t get any answer to my question. Eventually this staff member stopped answering my e-mails, how unprofessional! She didn’t provide any extra support or explain why the embassy are not able to retrieve my passport from the migration department in Lithuania. I thought the main job of an embassy was to help their citizens in a foreign country?! To sum up, really extremely disappointed with the lady’s attitude towards their work. If they cannot be bothered to do their job, they shouldn’t be there in the first place!

Not very ok. Front door closed, only the side entrance. There is little room full of people, changing their passports. No possibilities to get any useful information. So, not go there, better email them or use Google search.

To get passport changed I had to register 3.5 months in advance. Which is the only major fault. On a day of appointment waiting time was less than 10 minutes. Just over 2 weeks later I received an e-mail saying the passport is ready. Pick up was quick too.

Quick an efficient. I lost my passport and had to make AGP urgently, I arrived and in an hour left. Everything was quick, great and efficiently. Service is much much better than 5-6y ago (last time I visited it). Loved my experience.

Never answering phones. Waiting time no less then 45 min ( wen booking) . N never call me to say my passport is ready to collect. Been there on Monday they where close nobody on a phone or even auto answer to say that they are close this days n this ours. Sitting there as a prime ministers n doing “0” service !!!

I was rather surprised. Both electronic and customer service provided at the consulate itself worth 10 points. I have booked appointment online which was very simple and straight forward. The person that served me (right on time by the way) at the consulate was very nice and pleasant and provided all information needed. It has been ONLY TWO WEEKS and my daughter’s new passport is with me! I understand that it is rather an exception than a rule but I'm very please with overall experience

It is like we are farm animals in a barn. No proper seating! Had to wait for 1,5h for a passport collection which actually took only one good minute to proceed. While it should feel like coming home, going to Lithuanian embassy is something I wish I could avoid for ever!! There is plenty of room in the main building of the embassy, but well, I guess, Lithuanians are not worth it...

Embassy of Lithuania is a travel and passport building for Lithuanian heritage people, or Lithuanian citizens. The waiting time is, however, ridiculous, as me , my mum, brother, and sister had been waiting for 2 hours, we were called, and the man we saw asked us to fill in a form, and then wait for 2 more hours! But, on the otherhand, the play area for kids is rather decent, and was able to occupy my brother for a while. The building inside is quite refurbished and looks new, and the people who come here create a friendly environment for the other people. For these reasons, I am rating this place three stars.

The staff in this establishment need training in basic manners and respect. Impolite, demanding, rude, no regard for anyone's feelings. They talk to you as if you are farm animals. Empathy levels and people skills of a zombie.

I could not believe how rude was the person who was dealing with me. Asking question and then talking over me before I could even answer or try to explain. Sarcastic comments several times have been made towards me. I felt I was in some sort of interrogation in the police station rather than in the embassy that supposed to be helping it's citizens. Once it became clear that I was missing a piece of additional document I could see that the member off staff just wanted me out ASAP however I asked how to go about it to get the document that I needed or if she knew at least where should I start. At first she said several times she didn't know then to further my confusion she gave advice which was absolutely MISLEADING. I don't mind to get additional documents that's not the problem, the problem is the way I was spoken like I was a 5 year old, 0 respect, incredible arrogance and rude. At the end I was told that I should just go to Lithuania and sort everything there. There you go that's how much they actually care about doing their jobs.

Have been trying to renounce my Lithuanian citizenship- it has been 3 weeks just looking for information. I found the embassy staff rude, unhelpful and rather incompetent- I got 3 different answers to the same questions! Gediminas in particular- just directed me to a website when I asked whether Lithuania complied with EU Free Circulation of Public Documents regulation! And when I phoned the embassy to clarify, they said I should “listen to the email” (????!!!!). The service and competence of the embassy probably only meets the Soviet standards, so do not expect much.
