Fantastic service. I had s prescription and was asking for a Quick replacement of Lindberg lenses . They replaced the lenses on time and threw in replacement nose pads and cleaner. Very friendly and enjoyable service

Excellent experience all round. Both myself and my husband had our eyes tested. The test was extremely thorough. Jo was extremely helpful in helping me choose the shape of glasses that best suited my prescription. My husband was told that he didn't need new glasses so all totally above board. The staff were knowledgeable, honourable and personable. Excellent.

I went there recently for a vision test. I was impressed on the one hand by the thoroughness and professionalism of the examination, and on the other hand by how friendly and helpful everyone on the team was. Really good experience and would recommend.

I am a pretty difficult customer and I found the staff really thorough and helpful. Most recently in the middle of this awful pandemic, I lost my very difficult to get nose pad on my varifocal glasses! Nightmare! I called Eyediology and spoke with Richard, I was amazed anyone even answered the phone! He assured me that they were going into the office one day a week and would collect nose pads and put them in the post for me. He followed with email to say it was done and they arrived on my doorstep no problem. Amazing and brilliant service.

We briefly popped in because my sister's glasses lens popped out and we needed to tighten up the frame. Considering we had no appointment, they were exceptionally accomodating and professional. I cannot thank the lovely gentleman enough on the desk and I'm sure our experience is reflective of the quality of service this establishment offers.

Eyediology is superb for eye care and also for purchasing eye
glasses and sunglasses. I have been going to them almost 10 years and not don't even live in the country but plan to still pop round every 1.5 years or so to have Ravi do my eye exams. He is thorough, professional and you can tell loves his job. So if you need special care and attention (or even if you don't!) I highly recommend in particular him for your exams. Eyediology really goes the extra mile to make sure its clients are not one off but long-term and repeat customers. I have been only too happy to travel to them as I think the service all around is superb. The shop staff have also historically been very honest and constructive when looking at eye wear. The last think I want is someone to lie to me and tell me something looks great when it doesn't at all. I feel I have gotten really quality and honest feedback from the staff on purchasing eye wear. So all in all, I would not hesitate if you are thinking about paying them a visit. And super easy to get to by Tube!

The customer service at eyediology was excellent. Rachel went out of her way to order replacement parts for my old frames and her colleague replaced the nose pads within minutes of me arriving at the shop. The team there were extremely helpful. I definitely recommend them!

Fantastic service from Jo, at Eyediology. I had a silouhette old frame, with one of the sides which had come off. Jo went through the extra mile to help me fix the glasses. She asked me to left the glasses with her, so that she could contact Silouhette, to see whether they had a spare part. Although the attempt was not successful as mine was an old model and no spare parts were available, Jo was able to find a bolt which fit and succeeded in repairing the glasses anyway. She is a star as I had almost given up on my glasses. She did not want to be paid anything. I do recommend her in the warmest possible terms. She was really helpful and I will continue to refer to her. You will not be disappointed.

Picked up my new Tom Davies glasses today and absolutely thrilled with them! They look and feel fantastic and the bespoke fit is perfect! Laura, who helped me choose them, spent a long time with me recommending different frames to try offering great advice on what size, shape and colour would suit me - and the result was spot on! Bonus that they arrived a good couple of weeks before I was expecting them too, so really pleased with that!
Also highly recommend the eye and contact lens tests. Been going for many years and all the opticians are very patient, thorough and professional - you feel in good hands!
Overall an excellent opticians with great staff and a fantastic choice of frames and lenses!

Broke my glasses (just the frame), and ordered a second pair at another optician in London. Didn't like the quality of the new lenses, and the old lenses are very high quality so I bought a new frame from the same brand, same size, and asked Eyediology to put the lenses in.
Of course, I had to sign a disclaimer, I thought that was completely normal and thought that they were professional. The result is indescribable: a pair of glasses completely wobbly and the lady saying "they're still wearable, next step would be getting new lenses". New lenses?! The lenses are the reason why I got a new frame. Not because I'm cheap, but because it's difficult to find that quality for lenses!
I asked the lady "well, if I were to buy new lenses, can you get good lenses like these ones? with this nice cut?" and I showed her the difference between my old lenses en my new lenses. She answered "when you'll want to change your lenses, we'll go through your different options". Was she kidding? The question was: do you provide this quality or not? I assume the answer is no.
Very very disappointed after all the reviews. I thought they were opticians, but they're just a glasses supermarket. Of course, they charged me the whole price, as if the job was done perfectly.

I had a fantastic experience today at Eyediology. I have a pair of glasses that have been warped and I've taken them to two other shops with no avail. Jo (from Newcastle) was extremely helpful and fixed up my glasses! Would highly recommend this shop for purchasing glasses and repairs!

Wonderful and very personal customer service, helpful staff, have been going here for many years now, and I've always been happy with all the services provided, eye testing, contact lenses, and frame selection. I now live in West London, but still go here for my testing and new frames! They have a fantastic selection of designer frames and sunglasses, and are very honest when advising, which has been particularly helpful when buying prescription sunglasses! Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic experience with Eyediology for the past few months. I was given varifocal lenses at another dispensing shop that I did not adjust at all. Jo is knowledgeable, competent, friendly. She explained to me what could be the problem, and recommended another kind. Eyediology deals with variety of different varifocals. Love my new frame and lenses. I am so very grateful.

High quality of care.
I've been a customer of Eyediology for years now and apart from being impressed by how efficient they run their business, I've always found their prices reasonable and them friendly and extremely helpful. So, good customer service and reasonably priced. But what keeps me a customer – because good customer service should be expected and there's always a cheaper option – is the high quality of the care they provide. I am a designer and I trust them with the health of my eyes, I can't say better than that.

My glasses were bent, and I just moved into the neighborhood... Didn't know where to go and just stopped by at eyediology opticians. I was welcomed very friendly in the shop and within a few minutes Jol bent my glasses back in the right position, free of charge. I'd previously being going to one of the major high street chains for my varifocal glasses, and they had been having a lot of trouble getting the prescription right, and I had to reject the glasses twice, despite being given their most expensive lens material. At Eyediology, they decided I needed a different prescription with less power for distance, and less add for reading. The new glasses arrived today, and immediately I knew Eyediology had got it right. Rachel was very skillful in doing my measurements, and helping me chose a frame. I feel it's so good to have opticians with some measure of experience, especially for people with complex prescriptions.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. So much so that even though I moved away from London 18 months ago, I still use them and will continue to do so, making appointments when visiting friends. Amazing service! Jo was super kind and helpful in adjusting the glasses I bought online (hint: do not do that) and took her time to explain everything a newbie has to know about eye sight and glasses. I first went to my local Specsavers for an eyetest, but still had a lot of doubts after the procedure. If I had known that such a great independent optician was located so closely to my office I would've went there straightaway! If you need an optician, go there. (I never write reviews on Google, but in this case I just felt I had too, Eyediology is that good!)

First class customer service. Walked in off the street looking for new frames. Sales assistant was very quick to assess exactly what I was looking for and what would suit my face - and quickly made a few suggestions. She was happy to let us browse and look at many other options. At at no point did I feel any pressure to close the sale - and was probably browsing for the best part of 45 mins. Of course, in the end the very first suggestion made by the expert turned out to be the best!
Once I had decided to purchase, the assistant was happy to call the opticians who had performed my last test to obtain my prescription details. The spectacles were mailed to my home address (not close to London) at no extra cost.

Before I met the team at Eyediology, I was always hated buying and wearing glasses I wore contact lenses constantly now I am completely the other way around.
everybody that works there is passionate about eyes, when i bought a pair of mykita's about 5 years ago i had never bought such an expensive frame. but being in the building game it was the one they recommended for me and to their credit they have far exceeded my expectations. I still wear them now for work 5 years on.
I think what I liked most is that they are not just there to sell any old pair of glasses to you and get you out the door. They give their honest opinion of the way your glasses look.

I popped in one day on the off-chance they would have an appointment, and even though I no longer live in the neighbourhood I continue to go there annually for my eye tests and contact lens check-up. I went there today after reading all the review. The range of glasses is quite limited, and the customer service completely missing. I was browsing the glasses and none asked if I needed any help. All the grasses are locked, and someone was unlocking them using a remote control when I was near them. Not sure what the hype is all about: quite avg place.
