I gave my blood samples on 12th May 2021. The blood tests come back with one of the labels are missing! It is absolutely wrong ...can they not put labels properly. I WILL NEVER EVER go again. It was important blood test with multiple samples and followups

Rubbish communication by telephone. NO disabled vehicle access, patients have to walk or use wheelchair from Walnuts car park or get charged in Sainsbury's car park. AVOID

Very efficient, caring staff, who checked all details and explained everything, and still managed to get all of us "done" in minutes! Pleasant space to wait in after the jab. God bless the NHS, say I.

I am very grateful for getting the vaccine but have felt like a statistic to ramp numbers up for getting the injections done. The space before and after vaccinations was small and cramped together, there was no proper social distancing. I wanted to wait outside and was told I can't. I am really worried now and wish I had just stayed at home where I was safe. I feel getting the injection the way I did put me at an even bigger risk, just to boost the countries vaccination numbers. The staff were nice though but once again social distancing was a joke.

Why does no one ever answer the phone. You try multiple times and no one answers. Try getting off your personal phone and answer the phone your paid to answer.

PLEASE, PLEASE - answer the phone, or at least have some form of simple, basic automated phone system to give messages to callers (customers) rather than letting it just ring continually, thank you so much...........

Nice new centre with lovely personnel. I would give it 5 stars. But Vanessa from phlebotomy ruined my entire experience. She treated my vulnerable relative in a very evil way. When I asked what her name was, she physically pushed me out of the room slamming the door in my face. I guess I should be lucky she didn’t punch me. Stay away from her. She’s a nasty piece of work. Not sure why people like this work in healthcare.
