Had a great eye test with your optician Reshma! She was great and explained my eye health was fine but I needed an update on my glasses. The young assistant who helped me after was also great- sorry I can not remember her name. Looking forward to picking up my new specs!!!!

Had eye test with Sonam on Saturday 5th December who undertook thorough examination and was most professional and caring. This experience extended to my elderly parents who had tests on the same day and they also felt reassured by her level of care. Equally caring was Aggie who was most patient and helpful with selection of specs from a extensive range available. Overall, a most positive experience for the family. Many thanks!

As specsavers go, this is one of the best I've been to. Friendly, welcoming staff, lovely interior and a great optician who was accommodating, knowledgeable and kind. Unlike a lot of other franchises, they're not overtly trying to grab your money! Dealt with Covid very well!

The girl who did the eye test for me was great.
I ordered 2 pairs, was told that it would take 7-10 days and they would text/call me when glasses were ready to collect. 2 weeks passed, didn't hear anything from them. Called to check and got the answer that the glasses ... were there, in their draw but no one bothered to inform customer??? Waiting time was too long and service is horrible.

Sold me 2 pairs of glasses for £300+ which never worked for me and which I wore only a handful of times. Recently had another eye test and was told that my prescription had changed and I now needed new glasses at £318! I asked to use my existing frames and was quoted £230! Rip off! Ended up getting replacement lenses for my existing frames from Superdrug Glasses Online for £119.
p.s. don't ask me to fill in your silly customer feedback form, just stop taking advantage of your customers.
