I went there few times. staffs were very helpful and welcoming. Dr was very humble and good characteristic. clinic is very Hygienic, tidy and clean. There Communications systems are very good. Almost all of my family members and friends they go to this place because of their quality and professional service. Many Thanks to Dr and his team. Highly recommended????????

Appalling service from the receptionists. Booked an appointment under minor eye condition (free of charge by the NHS), only to be shouted at by one of the receptionist because I refused to pay for the appointment. Would have rated 1 star however the opticians are very friendly and helpful.

I recently visited this practice as my glasses had become bent. So I went to the closest one nearest to my home and the staff there were phenomenal as they were able to fix my glasses as soon as they would. Great customer service, would definitely recommend. ????

I attended this optician recently as a new customer the service I was given was exceptional as staff were very helpful. I was able to select glasses from a broad range of designers and I found the perfect one from the guidance of a member of staff. Considering recent circumstances the new rules put into place were very good as social distancing was maintained within the store.

This place has a great range of glasses to choose from. Theres a broad selection of glasses and the customer service assistant helped me to choose a pair which I now love. Customer service was brilliant, I was offered lots of add ons at a super cheap price. Highly recommended!

my overall experience when I visited this ship was it was extremely very pleasant the layout and display of the glasses meant easy access to the different varieties they had to offer.
