I must say, this place is like a nightmare when you have to deal with the non english/British staff . I am not racist but truth need to said, the Asian staff is so lovely and helpful, the Eastern European staff are rude, they just want to get rid of you, no manners, no smiles. Please something needs to be done about the horrible attitude that the Eastern European have towards non Eastern European I feel sorry for them, they should be grateful they have a job, instead of being misérable and cold

I attended to support a friend and ended up having a long overdue eye test. Staff were accommodating, warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to be helpful. The atmosphere in the shop was pleasant despite the lock down conditions and social distancing

I visited this place for the first time today all the staff’s are very friendly and welcoming. My family and I have been a customer to Specsavers Stratford for almost 15 years, the other week I took my 5 year old and 11 year old for their eye test which was fine. When we went to pick up their glasses, we were served by a kind and polite lady however suddenly towards the end another male colleague came, took over and spoke with a rude attitude whilst constantly rushing procedure. My child asked for a different coloured case and the lady told us that there were 2 colours available, green and blue, however that male colleague of hers came and said that "that was all they had" in a rude tone . The Service and attitude we received from this person was unacceptable and very disrespectful. I am very unhappy and unsatisfied with the service I received from him. My son wasn't too happy about not getting the green case because the person wasn't bothered to change it for my son. I'm very angry and dissatisfied and I don't think i will be returning back to this store again.

I’m using specsavers for about 7 yours I was in 3 stories in different area but I Never had that Bed experience Like in Stratfort !Those workers are Not respect customers !also my glasses Keep slide down on my nose because they done very bed job so now I need to go to a different store to fix that issue because I really don’t trust this Place! I never seen that many not professional workers in one place!It’s a shame because it’s in one of the biggest shopping centre in East London!It’s been nice to see a little bit more white people Maybe that will change something! And believe me I am not a racist But...Anyways thank you so much for the experience!

Yesterday evening my one of the glasses arm broke. I can not read without it and puzzling (... see the details in the pieces.) ... so I was scared. I was thinking before I went to sleep ... “ even is there possibility to repair it “ (... especially these time and the weekend, Saturday.) Today morning I woke up and I checked the Google if there is open store on Saturday (.. the details are up to date.) I found one, close to my living are in Walthamstow. ... in the first step I was really happy for it, but when I went there, I heard more about what can not be done and about the difficulties than any available solution. ... so I decided I am going to the Stratford store. I had to travelling cross the city, but it definitely worth it. I met Patrick (... as I was informed about his name from an other staff later) at the entrance. He seemed confident. When I was telling him “I have an issue.” He was looking in my eyes and told me “Okay. “ It was a good start. ... after, he was talking about what can be done in the situation, my details were updated in the system, an eyes test was provided. My glasses arm was repaired (... actually they changed both arms and I had got a design as well.) The eyes test was done without issue. The staffs were friendly and kind. I really liked Sameen explanations. My questions had been listening and answered. I found a nice frame. ... and I just realised they are cleaning all of the frames what were touched by customers. They were wearing masks gloves and plastic aprons... (... for protection.) ... and actually, I am on my way to home with a big smile on my face (... after the shock in the morning, I am incredibly happy.) Thank you for this experience. I had got much much more than I expected.

Very disappointing customer service today. With Covid safety measures in place all customers were qing before entering the store. After 10 mins finally a staff member came over. We were then told we were all late for our appointments and the staff had left for the day. We were not late we were waiting to be let in and only 5 mins had pasted. Elderly people were then turned away and now have to wait another month for a slot. We've been in a pandemic for a year, this is not good enough. We want to follow the rules and be safe. Staff so rude, I expect better.

Good standards of hygiene during pandemic. Very thorough and sensible operations. I was duly impressed. The hijabi girl at the front was extremely helpful. However the pricing needs to be more transparent, frustrating when they add additional charges to children's glasses, the gentleman that served us seemed to push for certain targets perhaps?

Appointment was at 12.30, 50 minutes later had not been seen and all the staff appeared to disappear off for lunch break. No communication or updates as to when I'd be seen. So I walked out. 1hour 20minutes after my original appointment time I receive a phone call saying "they had just called me through for my appointment". Waste of time.

Good covid secure set up in principle, but they were working through appointments that slowly that it became fairly crowded by the time I was seen and it didn't feel particularly safe as a result.

My eye sight checked and bought a pair of bifocal glasses worth over £250 but had problem so went back after 2 weeks. I was told nothing wrong with glasses so I continued using it but still had problem while using my laptop so had second visit before 90 days warranty. They said we only see new customers and should come after covid 19. Third time visited in october 2020 and luckily this time met another customer assistant and she found glasses were not fixed properly in frame so she sent for repair and given me time to collect after 2 weeks. Very disappointed and can't understsnd eye sight is very sensitive matter shouldn't be ignored when someone come and complaint. Nutshell not recommended because not trust worthy.

30/09/20 I went first time to Specsavers to order my new glasses. I was served with excellent customer service by Mr. Mabz on that day. Mr Mabz offered me his help to choose the best frame glasses for me. He gave me and explained all my options what helped to decide what frame glasses should I buy. Thanks to Mr. Mabz help I chose my glasses on the same day. 2 weeks later I received my glasses and I'm very pleased with them. Thank you very much Mr. Mabz for his help. I hope his hard work will be appreciated by the employer.

They're good as they have appointments available most the time but recently when I contacted them for a recent optical record they said that we hadn't had an eye test which was not true which shows that it wasnt recorded. Other than that the staff are great and helpful.

Done my eye test with Specsavers on the 16/10/19. I was told to collect my glasses on the 25/10/19. I collected the reading glasses on the 25/10/19 and was told second pair would be ready today. Phoned Specsavers today to find out if my varifocals have arrived and was told there is one glasses to collect. I went into store and sat there waiting for my glasses for nearly half an hour and still no glasses. I told one of the customer service staff to ring me when glasses found as I have to go back to work. I have still not received a call, not sure what they have done with the glasses. This is the main glasses that I need at work and I am still waiting.
