Ok so literally I am any opticians worst nightmare, I am a high myopic almost a -10, have a squint in both eyes, require a prism, am light sensitive and suffer from migraines, as well as being more prone to floaters and flashing lights. To top it all off I am claustrophobic so have a mini panic attack when the optician gets up close to me. I am a terrible patient, because of the claustrophobia I am also masked exempt. I had my eye test for the first time with Scrivens a couple of weeks ago, the mask exemption was no problem, I have a copy of my RX to sepi the optician and she was fabulous, a really thorough eye test and she kept me calm during the bits that were really close up. Couldn’t fault the eye test, only a slight change but I decided to get glasses as she was recommending first time varifocals. Louise was amazing, helped me chose a suitable frame and went through my lens options, because I am so complex I was limited to what lenses could do my prescription, so the staff were a little concerned. I picked them up yesterday and Sigourney did my fitting and adjustment, the frame is so light weight and the Vision is absolutely amazing, no distortion and the distance and reading is perfect, it’s like I have worn these glasses my entire life, best pair I have ever had. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch to everyone, they made me feel so relaxed and welcome, they have a customer for life now. Many thanks ladies you have been fantastic

I have great experience with that place.
One of the ladies, Sigourney (sorry if it's bad spelling) is amazing with kids. She heard that my son liked his old frames and she suggested that she would check other shopes for that particular frames. So he got his favourite frames! She has fantastic, happy personality. So positive place. The optician lady was great too. Took time for the eye checking and answers million of questions. If you need to treat your eyes to visit in optition I would say visit those ladies. It's great crew! ????
