Phoned up and got a same day appointment for my son. The optometrist was kind and thorough; taking almost an hour to do a wide range of tests and talk through the findings. I would recommend.

We just went into this store. We were offered no service or even any acknowledgment that we were there. Poor customer service to say the least. I said “thank you for your help” to which he replied “you’re welcome”. Says it all really.
