Poor service. Customers who were booked for slots after me where seen before me. I came early and on top of that made me wait 30mins past my appointment time. I didn't bother with these people and I just walked straight out. I'd recommend vision express in stratfield, they gave all round service and have a range of glasses

Terrible service. Whenever I go here during the advertised opening hours, it's closed and the lady is either leaving or just not around. The glasses take forever to make and I was told twice it would take 5 days max for both pairs of glasses and both times it took almost double. I wasn't even informed it would take longer, it's hard to get someone to pick up the phone and when the first pair of glasses were ready, we were given 5mins to pick them up because the lady in the store was leaving early again. Really unprofessional service, grumpy and annoyed when I want to buy glasses from the sales lady. The opticians is nice though. I'm not going back!
