The staff at Scrivens very polite and helpful .Bought a pair of expensive middle range Hearing Aids whith an app for phone ,only to find out part of app discontinued very disappointed! Hearing Aids very good,app not so.☹☹☹

Paid £40 for eye test but was given receipt of only £10. The young asian looking receptionist are not fully trained to instruct clients and most amazingly they didn’t give me my eye test report as they were busy dealing with new clients. It was really disappointing.
