First eye test appointment could't completed, waited almost one hour an ten minutes and I was asked to take a seat in the seating area where no one was waiting, unfortunately patient who came after me, was seen by the optician, finally I had to make sure that they recycled the signed paper document and walked out of the appointment.
Very distressing and unorganised!

My experience is worst with this specsavers. Poor customer service. I had a free eye test voucher and still they asked me to pay for it. worst customer service ever had.. be aware!!

the girl with name ISAURA was the practitioner who assigned to me. She was quite rude, does not smile and when she finished the test, that was by the way quicker than the normal, she sent me to the till without saying bye ????

Disgrace.
Avoid that branch.
Unreliable, didn't make glasses on time, then were supposed to send them to another branch for pick up - never did, and lied about it for three days, only found out when the other branch was trying to help. Disorganized, messy, awful. Oh and they never return your calls when you trying to locate your order. Unprofessional. Avoid.

Low service. Nothing special. The tall guy who adjust my glasses is one arogant idiot. I have to negotiate and then guide him how to just adjust glasses! He claimed to has many years of experience.
