Ordered some Maui Jim Breakwall sunglasses from Eyediology (great name) as they were the cheapest I could find on the net, certainly genuine Maui's and the reviews I saw of Eyediology seemed very good. I can only add to those good reviews. Cheap price, prompt delivery, excellent communication regarding order status and that and a great product.
I have to say that the Maui Jim box looked like it had been opened and there were few marks on the lenses but these polished off.
Would certainly use these again.

Saw the good reviews but was disappointed with how average the shop is (made me suspicious of how genuine the reviews are).
With all the discount suit stores around the area, I'm usually happy to be left alone when shopping, but in this store I was ignored when going in to the branch to ask about reglazing my sunglasses. A simple "I'm with a customer now, but will be with you as soon as I can" would have been enough but the staff at hand seemed to really have no idea about customer service and I got tired of waiting and left.

Eyediology stock a great range of eyewear so it took several visits to choose my spectacles. Thankfully, on each occasion I was offered excellent service and unhurried, friendly advice. Eyediology were a pleasure to deal with and I am delighted with my specs; I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Eyediology were absolutely fantastic in delivering articulate advice, fantastic service and a very quick and accurate delivery of my glasses. I am extremely pleased with my glasses and will be recommending Eyediology to anybody on the look out for eyecare. Ten out of ten on all accounts. To add, my sister is an optician and I still chose to visit Eyediology. Fantastic.

I highly recommend this place. Very friendly and professional team! When I broke my glasses and was completely clueless as to how to go about choosing a new one, Ozlem took the time to guide me through choosing the right frame for my face. When she heard that I needed it urgently, she even went the extra mile to expedite the process so I could get it the very next day! I'm very impressed with the level of dedication shown by her and the team, and I love my new glasses!
I can't recommend them enough. I've never written a review for anyone before, but they are truly exceptional and deserve all the positive reviews they get.

Lovely independent opticians in London. Great staff who are really helpful when it comes to picking glasses and sunglasses, and the opticians are also really good, never feel rushed and always feel like my eyes are getting a thorough checkup.

Good range, VERY good prices and attentive, helpful staff. Not like a typical optician where the veneer of being 'clinicians' hides a desire to bump prices up. These guys are friendly and do the job well, without fuss and with a desire to give you a greta fit and look.

I had the unfortunate experience of the poor customer service visiting this place. Whilst I'm sure they were trying to be helpful, it came across as officious, cold and quite frankly patronising. I'd simply asked if it was possible to purchase a replacement daily lens as my lens had dried up and I couldn't see from one eye. Instead of a polite refusal I got a lecture on how it's illegal to buy lenses by the day and made to feel incredibly stupid for even requesting such a thing. Even just explaining the problem didn't result in any kind of understanding or sympathy - a resolute "No it's illegal, you won't find anywhere else that will help you either". I had to walk out in the middle of it given how arrogantly the woman was coming across. It's quite clear from the responses to negative reviews that they only care if you're an established customer of theirs, well they can rest assured I won't become one anytime soon.

The reviews say it all. Eyediology are far better than any of the opticians in Canary Wharf and surrounding area. I had to take the bus and it took about 20 mins to get there, and because of the length of the appointment I could not do it during my short lunch break. But it was worth it. Laura was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She totally geeked out on the technology, which she made surprisingly interesting. She went over a few different options with me, based on my face shape as well as my needs, and also took her time to make absolutely sure that I had a prefect fit down to fractions of a millimetre. Nothing like my previous experience at another opticians, which I won't name. I was surprised to even hear other staff speaking in perfect French to one of the customers, because they could!

I with my gf have brought two pairs of Lindberg frames. Both of us like it. The price is very very reasonable with good quality. Really really worth it. I think the shop is the best in London, because I have done a "survey" regarding the price before I decided to buy here. And also people, like Cat, the manger, in this store give patient centred care and advice with all aspects of the new spectacles. We are happy in strongly recommending Eyediology Opticians. We have used the new spectacles for several month before now I am writing the review. It is really good. and wish they will be more successful in the new year 2014!

I would say nothing extraordinary. I came there because of the reviews. Eye examination was basic and I had more professional service in Specsavers. The range of frames is good, they are fashionable and pricy. Staff is very helpful indeed.

Great service both online and in store. Very knowlegable staff and a really noticeable difference in the quality of the lenses than i have previously had from the high street chains. I bought Gotti frames with Nikon lenses. The frames where cheaper than anywhere else. I will be going there for an eye test next time it's due. Very impressed!

Laura who works there is an absolute superstar who will give you unbiased professional advice about your prescription needs. If you value a personalised service and are sick and tired of the "conveyer belt" service that the chain stores provide, give eyediology a chance. We found a few pairs of Mykita glasses that looked really nice here: they have a very good selection. We ended up spending 6 months looking for a cheaper price somewhere else, and it turned out that they not only have a nice little shop with very nice and competent assistants, but also pretty competitive prices. I ended up buying with them, which involved an eye test with a very efficient doctor: the prescription was spot on, and when I got my glasses 3-4 days later I couldn't believe how natural they felt. The only part of the experience that might feel awkward is when they make you wait outside the shop because they have too many people in (i.e.: one person per clerk), but they thoroughly make up for it with the care they give you: my experience was perfect once the assistant who was serving me checked how my new glasses fit on my head, found them a little too loose, and adjusted them by tightening a couple of screws. I probably have bought 15 pairs in my life and never had anyone check whether the new glasses where loose! ;)

If you need glasses, sunglasses or designer frames then come to this place. Not only is it conveniently located, but you can also reach it easily via the Liverpool Station. I had been looking for TAG Heuer frames for quite some time, but couldn't find a place which had a wide variety of time. This place not only carried the best brands but there was a separate Tag Heuer collection which had numerous pairs. I bought the rimless ones which were the new ones in the market and carried the signature look. Hats off to Laura for all her help. Not only did she help me decide on the right TAG frames, but she helped in adjusting them and providing the best deal.

Good range of glasses including Mykita Mylon glasses. They don't stock big brands like Chanel/Prada but mostly brands that mainly make glasses.
What I love about this place and the reason I keep coming back is the excellent customer service! All of the staff are incredibly friendly, know exactly what they're talking about and very willing to help. Prices (of the tests/consultations) are a little bit more expensive than other opticians in my opinion but definitely worth paying that tiny bit more! I haven't stopped recommending everyone i know over the past two years - best opticians I've been to!

I had a great experience with Eyediology. I am not wearing glasses that long, so I am not a seasoned spectacle girl. But my visit to Eyediology couldn't have been easier or more comfortable. All the Ladies in Eyediology are warm, welcoming and very professional. My eye test seemed to be really thorough and when I got to the really exciting part of choosing my glasses frames I had a lot of fun.
I selected a few frames from the display and Raji immediately understood what I liked and what suited me and proceeded to pull out an array of gorgeous frames. They have a wide and varied range of frames to choose from.
After a lot of indecision on my part and with lots of help and excellent advice from Raji and her team I picked a fabulous pair of La Font Frames which Raji had proposed.
My glasses are comfortable and very stylish and have been admired regularly!! I am a very pleased customer and will definitely return again!
So I would highly recommend Raji and her lovely team and the excellent service that they provide.

It's as if I have a pair of new eyes...
Having worn glasses for over 20 years I literally thought I had seen it all. It's nice to be wrong sometimes especially when being wrong means receiving an exceptionally high level of personal, tailored service from an amazing team of friendly professionals. Despite being a small, boutique shop Eyediology also has a surprisingly good range of eyewear.
Due to being particular about the fit and finish of the frames I had chosen, my order took longer than initially expected. Ozlem provided great guidance and advice and all communications were clear and timely. My expectations were managed very effectively and a lot of effort was invested by Eyediology to ensure the final product was perfect. Ozlem's meticulous attention to detail is both refreshing and very much appreciated.
This is my second day of wearing my new glasses and my brain is still getting used to the unbelievable level of clarity, contrast, better peripheral and greatly improved night vision from my new digital high-definition lenses. The frames are also super comfortable, I am pretty sure Ozlem took my skull measurements when I was looking the other way...
Eyediology are clearly serious about building on their already sterling reputation, after my Eyediology eye care experience nothing else will ever compare. Keep up the great work Team Eyediology!
Special thanks to Ozlem for making what is usually an incredibly mundane chore so much fun :o)
p.s. Whatever Ozlem is being paid, it's not enough!
