I have to say it is very difficult to work with this company here in the UK. I tried to purchase a few pairs of sunglasses but the online order would not take and I contacted customer service in the UK a few times but it was very slow and they could not help, and I am not really sure if they had a good grasp of how to fix anything. I ended up ordering some from Sunski and it was seamless.

Just want to say thank you so much to Karen and Dr. Patel for all their patience with me. I broke my glasses and pop in to the Ray ban shop. Without appointment they manage to do a eye exam on the same day and in 5 days I had my brand new Ray bans ready! Thank you so much for all your help!!

Only Fun
Had a very pleasant shopping experience today at the Ray-Ban shop in Covent Garden. Very funky, helpful & friendly staff working there, Guilia in particular stood out as she was assisting me. Although I did not make up my mind at the time, I would definitely return to make a purchase. Well done, guys! Great customer service!

Subir was very professional and friendly.I Broke my frame and he tried to fix and he suggested it I might as well get a new one cause it wouldn’t last longer as I really can’t see without glasses.So he helped me choose the frames and everything was done under 10/15 minutes.The whole experience was amazing.Thanks Subir

Great service if you're looking for new glasses or sunglasses, however trying to contact therm afterwards is impossible. The phone is never answered and there's no email option. When you live in Yorkshire, it's not easy to just pop in to sort out a problem.

I was ready to spend £400 in this store, but out of 4 sale assistants only one was able to speak with me about prescription glasses (literally I was asked by everyone in the store to wait for the only guy that knew something about it), and what he could do was only to show me a paper with some prices on. The “expert” man wasn’t even looking at me straight on the face, and kept checking the store around while dropping a couple of comments about how busy it was (there were no more than 6 customers around). No useful information, no assistance of any kind. For a luxury eyewear brand this is not the customer service I was expecting, at all.

My husband went into this store to get the Ray-Bans I bought him for his birthday online via the official website properly adjusted today. The lovely, helpful and friendly shop assistant praised his choice of frames and lenses and duly adjusted them for free. An excellent customer service: happy days!

Staggeringly inept and useless. Ordered a pair of wayfarers with prescription lenses 4 weeks ago. They said they couldn’t use the prescription I supplied so gave me an eye test. Get a phone call 3 days later to come and collect. But they’ve put the lenses in the wrong frames - then can’t find me on the system even though I have the receipt. No problem, they say, they’ll put them in the right frames. 3 days later go and get them - they don’t feel right, my vision is blurred. So take them back, have another eye test, and told they will expedite the new pair. That was two weeks ago. The head optometrist said he would deal with it personally as there had been a fault on one of the lense. Still no call. Just phoned them again ( which is an achievement in itself as they hardly ever answer the phone) to be told their system is saying they were shipped on the 19th but they can’t find them ?!?!? I’m still waiting........

Useless. Avoid new Ferrari Ray Ban range. Screws work themselves out in a couple of weeks. The screws can only come from Italy. Nobody from Rayban in Italy can help. Waste of £230.00.. now need to buy new sunglasses

First pair of Ray-Bans since purchase of my vintage pair great deal and service from the guys there, adjusted my vintage pair as 30 years of use had deformed them slightly. Order new lenses online and they fit them free in-store for you which is what I'll be doing to restore my old pair

I went to purchase some prescription sunglasses. One of my worst online experiences ever! The website is poor at best. They state they will deliver, your prescription sunglasses in 5 working days. Haha They had an issue with my prescription but didn’t contact me until 3 working days. I’ve always had Ray Bans, however this experience has put my off putting any further money their way. Sorry Ray Ban you have lost a loyal customer. Not only that I will be encouraging my friends and family not to purchase Ray Bans.

About the best way to purchase RayBan in the country - the full range, mirrors everywhere, staff on hand to genuinely assist and friendly with it. I walked out with a new pair of Wayfarers and an empty wallet. You won't get the best deals here as it is in Covent Garden but you will get great service, the genuine product and a positive shopping experience.

I am very disappointed of the customer service of Ray-Ban. I visited the store as one arm of my prescripted RB glasses broke and i needed a replacement. At the store they told me that they can‘t help as they can‘t order spare parts. Excuse me? Of your own brand??? On top of this they gave me the advice to try and buy spare parts on ebay or go and visit other opticians. That‘s just rediculous!

Their customer service is very inefficient and unhelpful. They advertise Black Friday offer on Perks at work web site and when i got the Ray-Ban page the offer didn't work. After contacting their customer service, which didn't know anything about this offer, they were not able to help me, and just send me off. Really shame

Massive range of course but the store is too dark so the frame colours aren't true to daytime colours, and same for the lenses. The store should have much more natural light - it has none at the moment.

The temples of my Ray Ban prescription glasses developed a fault and I took them into the Covent Garden shop for advice, when the original retailer refused to deal with the matter unless I paid an additional charge. Clearly the fault looked as though it would be covered by the warranty and the manager at Covent Garden, Etain, was so helpful, providing me with information about how to contact Ray Ban UK to resolve the issue. This level of after-care service is really supportive and enables me to persuade the original retailer to deal with the problem. Thank you Etain!

Horrible service. We asked why they were harrassing us every 5 seconds (quite literally) and they were just rude. Felt so so uneasy and ruined the day out. I think the manager needs to rethink customer service skills. Absolutely horrific.
