Pretty atmosphere in this downstairs store. The receipt says it's actually a Sunglasses Hut though not an actual Ray Ban store.

Well that was a bust! Walked into Rayban shop looking for clip-ons for my Rayban glasses and told to go 'online'. What is the point of the shop apart from pretending to be a rave warehouse?

Visited the store with the intention to buy a pair of ray bans, i left empty handed. I came with a few images on my phone which i'd seen on the website and wanted to try them on, not one of the six i'd seen on the website were in store which was incredibly disappointing since i'd travelled quite some distance to the store.
All members of staff approached me but weren't much help. The guy with glasses particularly wasn't helpful in finding anything similar to what i'd shown him, and made me feel awkward asking.
The staff made me feel uncomfortable spending time in the store, especially when they commented on how long i'd spent there. I just wanted to find the perfect pair of sunglasses but wasn't able to in store. The only saving grace was a quiet female member of staff who assisted me in looking for similar designs and tested how they fit.

Good place and good style, the staff is very helpful, but, its rayban .. nothing special. If you have a sunglasses hub next to you, don't bather.

No one's answering the phone, called three times waiting for 7 minutes each time. Surely they can't be that busy that no one can answer the phone.

Went here with the sole intention of buying some Wayfarers, but the staff just would not leave me alone to decide which I wanted. I literally could not get a few minutes to myself without one of them pointing out a feature. Small room and too many "friendly" overbearing sales people desperate to make a sale. I left without buying anything, but I'm sure I will find what I want elsewhere.

Very bad service, one of my lens's cracked in a £165 pound pair of glasses, they were unable to help and didn't offer any discount on a new pair, they offered me the new price of £170 (the now much improved price), I wen't online and replaced them for £125 including shipping, really really poor service.

في لندن المحل الدي اشتريت منه نظاره ريبان الشهيره محل تنزل له في القبو. محل ليس بالكبير لكنه متخصص بنظارات ريبان الجميل فيه ان البائعين من عرب من المغرب يتكلمون بالعربي ويعطونك النصيحه

EN-UK - very well attended by all store staff. Special compliments to Subir and Karen. I bought my favorite glasses at this store and I'm still in the adaptation phase. I will definitely be back in the next few years to adjust my lenses here. Satisfaction grade 10
