I don't know about the medical stuff, but I went there last year to find new sunscreen. I didn't want help from staff, but they were standing very closely to me and observing what I'm doing. They asked me twice if I needed help, so I accepted. I am very pale but they made me buy two sunscreens insisting they are not tinted, even though I was convinced they were. Of course, I wa right, they were both tinted, which on pale skin looks ridiculous. I don't think staff knows what they are doing or they have any idea about the products they are selling. I don't recommend if you're looking for skincare products.

On Thursday myself and a friend needed to have a PCR test at short notice , I had previously visited Hyatt for other services and know of people who have had PCR there also . Was so impressed with the service I received , my friend was nervous about the whole procedure yet the amazing staff there ( sorry I didn’t take your names , lady and a guy ) they really assured my friend ( who didn’t have English as first language , ) really went out of their way to explain the whole procedure , what results mean etc , nothing was too much trouble for them , Thank you so much guys and be assured I shall return for any pharmacy requirements

Normal staff here are always very friendly and pleasant. Although today I did have two teeth removed and really kindly asked for some advice about the medication and I had to pry it out of the pharmacist as he wanted to leave. The other older female pharmacist was more interested in flipping open a magazine in my face before I had the chance to pay for my goods. I dont know if this is some sort of judge or opinion they may have had because I probably didnt come across all that focused as I was under alot of sedation. But I really needed some assistance and this made a difficult time much more difficult for me. This is my local pharmacist and I like to give the benefit of the doubt this wasnt the case.
