Had my covid test there, £99 compare other expensive clinic in London, it's cheaper, definitely quicker ! I got result less then 24H !I have heard so many people couldn't get the result on time .I'm glad I found out your service.
Reception young guy with beard is friendly and nice, only thing I feel you can improve is, it's better he can wear a mask or shield, protect customer and protect himself too. ????

We are in tier 4 and we went to cancel a pcr test with the simple ticket of the card transaction, the manager of the place does not have the capacity to resolve the matter and directly wants to explain to us that we cannot obtain a refund because it is the policy that also specifies In the purchase ticket that they never gave us, she finally found the ticket in her pharmacy, they never gave us the ticket before, also, you never tell your customers that "you are tired of this situation because you are not the only one", a basic rule of customer service, especially when the fault lies with the company, it does not matter if it has been another colleague, because it is assumed that all its workers represent the company and there is no justification for any error.
Much less use your position in the company to sideline a client.

I am so lucky that my colleagues recommended this pharmacy instead of other, more expensive ones for a covid swab. A pcr test costs only 99 pounds and you get the results within 24 hours! Highly recommend this place!

Due to new government’s restrictions and tier 4, our flight has been cancelled and they were NOT helpful at all.
Terms and conditions of non refundable were never explained to us at the point of payment.
They only offer you credit for the pharmacy or rebook your appointment in the next year to use.
They were not helpful at all on the phone and not answering emails.
I would nor reccomend this service and pharmacy to anyone.

Booked a Covid test for 99 quid which seemed cheap enough but then found out that you can a get a free test and get results within an hour at one of the rapid test centres like at the one at Haringey. The gentleman told me that I cannot get a refund anymore, even though he never mentioned that it's not refundable. There are many things you can pay for in advance and then get a refund. So I would avoid this place and get a free one at any local Rapid testing centre.

Highly recommended if you require a PCR fit-to-fly test. This was one of the few places we found which guaranteed results within 24 hours and is on the UK Govt approved list. We actually got our results in 22 hours. Plus the price is one of the most competitive we found, only one other place I found was cheaper (£80 at Heathrow). We have moved to a new country and were quite stressed about finding a PCR test which would be accepted by the airline plus the country we moved to but we had zero problems with Life Pharmacy. Results were emailed to us and we printed at home.
