Ordered Tisserand essential oils, which were very competitively priced. Delivery was via Royal Mail tracked, so I knew when they would be arriving, which was a welcome bonus. Arrived quickly, well packaged and the order even included a couple of free gifts. Will definitely be ordering from this company again.

I have purchased a few beauty products from this company a couple of times and have been totally satisfied with their professionalism. Extremely pleasant to deal with , easy to place orders and very responsive tracking systems updates . They offer lots of discounted products including my favourite clarins and send out a free gift with every order. 100% recommend for some online therapy and I will continue to use them in the future. This is a great pharmacy. The staff are genuinely helpful, in particular the lovely friendly lead pharmacist, who remembers your history and offers help and suggestions beyond simply dispensing the prescription. I have also had great service with online orders and phone assistance. Would recommend for sure: I have travelled into London from Herts purely to use this pharmacy at a time when I really needed medication and nowhere local to me had it in stock, but I knew this lovely place had it and they did not let me down.

I was looking for fragrance for my daughter’s Christmas present - her favourite, but sold out and not restocked seemingly everywhere. I ordered online from NVS Pharmacy, who miraculously had stock ( and at a good price). It arrived very well and safely packed ,very promptly even though very close to Christmas, and with a little bonus sample. Relieved mum, very pleased daughter.

Excellent customer service. My items I ordered hadn't shown up after 5 days so I rang and spoke to a gentleman who took my details and said someone would get back to me shortly and within 10 minutes I had a call back to say the post office tried to deliver my items but no one was in, basically Royal mail hadn't left a card. I collected the items as the lady at NVS pharmacy gave me the tracking number. I also received a few samples of skincare alongside the products I bought which was a lovely gesture.
Would highly recommend this pharmacy they were brilliant.

Very good pharmacy where they give sensible advice, as well as having a good selection of items such as supplements, lotions and potions.
They also take in and dispose of old medication etc.
Sadly, although I've always had great experiences with the pharmacists and staff at this amazing pharmacy ... they're mostly experiences I'd rather not have had: NVS provided excellent support the (too) many times I had to provide first aid to people (mostly abusing illegal drugs) at the 'hospitality' establishments behind it.

I ordered a product for my daughter's birthday and it was much cheaper than many other stores. I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived first post Wednesday morning. an added touch two small free items were included with the order.

Amex were doing a £5 cashback offer to support local small businesses so I decided to give this place a try & browsed around. A very unpleasant shop assistant immediately started tailing me pretending to check stock. After a few minutes I told her I was not a thief, could she leave me alone? She left but returned within a few seconds. I bought a couple of items to take advantage of the cashback but I will NEVER enter this establishment again.
Boots are cheaper and they don't treat you like a common criminal.
