Zen is the best pharmacy in London. period. Tamer & the rest of the team at ZEN offer a pharmacy experience that is both unique, putting customers & patients first.
1) Their staff is extremely helpful and include qualified doctors on site.
2) Their communication is via whatsapp which is an outstanding catered service.
3) They dispense prescriptions on the same day and are always in stock. No shortages like many others
4) They offer same day delivery service in London ( major convenience)

I always used Zen pharmacy and can honestly say they gave me an excellent service. The chemists are always very helpful and efficient. Tamer is always spot on and helped me a lot with achieving my optimum health by introducing me to very useful supplements that was deficient with. Also Saleh has been of great help in many ways.
I strongly advice my friends to use Zen pharmacy for the extensive experience they have and for the excellent skin care products they have in stock.

Absolute life savers! When Boots was unable to fill my prescription I contacted Zen at 8 pm, and in less than an hour they sent a courier to my house with my prescription (a medication very few pharmacies even carry). They took payment over the phone and communicated over WhatsApp, making it even more convenient. They truly could not have been more helpful or nice. This will be my go-to pharmacy from now on.

Never thought I'd be leaving a review about a pharmacy but they deserve it. Super friendly and helpful, which is much appreciated during these COVID times. Communicated with me as soon as they got my prescription to offer me several payment as well as pickup/delivery options. Really loved the flexibility -- they really care about their customers.

I cannot say enough about Zen in terms of customer service. They are proactive in supporting me with prescriptions, hugely responsive on WhatsApp at any time of day and can arrange courier service to your door. They have given me small discounts/ free items without me asking and are also simply a really engaging, kind, knowledgeable bunch of people that are a pleasure to deal with.
Truly setting the benchmark for next- generation pharmacy support.

On Friday 27th November I went to collect a prescription from Zen pharmacy. The pharmacists were extremely friendly, courteous and professional. The store was impeccably clean and well stocked, along with a clean customer toilet. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

These guys are brilliant! They are a very friendly and knowledgeable team. I started using them 2 years ago after my doctor recommended them for my son's medicine. They were very helpful with the dosing and able to answer any questions I had. Previous pharmacies I had tried had messed up my son's prescription and I was getting very frustrated. They also stock very good quality beauty and baby products. This is my go to pharmacy!

I cannot sing enough high praise for Zen Pharmacy, especially the Baker Street locale. Our GP recommended them to us and we will never use another pharmacy again. They couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating - went in with a friend to look at some products we spotted from the window and did not expect the level of service we received - Azza was highly knowledgeable and gave us both an on the spot skin analysis of skin type and problem areas and products she recommends. She wasn’t pushy at all and was not there to just sell, but gave her honest expert opinion on products that will work best for our skin. I’ve been using the products for nearly a month now and I’ve seen huge improvements in my skin- can’t recommend this place enough.

It has been two years since I discovered Zen since it has been highly recommended to me by my doctor. And I would not change this for anything in the world; I didn't know a pharmacy trip could be something I look forward to, that was before I met all the fantastic people who work there. It is rare to meet such thoughtful and incredibly kind human beings. It doesn't matter when, how, or why; they are always here for me when I need it.
I live between London and France and have some vital medications to take daily; when I am in London, they always take the time to check on me. And when I am in France, they ship my medications by DHL, which arrive in less than 24 hours every time. I could write an entire book about everything they did for me those two past years. They are just genuinely amazing people.
I can't recommend Zen pharmacy (Baker Street) highly enough.

This is my favourite pharmacy in London. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I feel like the staff really care about me and my well-being and go above and beyond.

What can you do when your Doctor is in London, but you're somewhere in continental Europe?
They reach out immediately when they receive the prescription, even if it's Saturday evening. Express delivery and extremely kid attitude. Big thank you guys for allowing me to get my prescription without a hassle. I had weeks when I was forgetting everything - including prescriptions - but they reached out and helped me sort things out. Thank you!
