The best pharmacy around the Great Portland Street. Staff are well trained and very kind. Always they have everything in the store. I had to use the pharmacy when I had very bad flu and the team was really helpful and supportive. Thanks guys.

Special thanks to Kish who supervised the sending of a package overseas and then having to accept it back due to new Brexit rules
(which I hope will be reviewed). Kish accepted it back from Europe and and then forwarded it to me on my return to London.

Shocking service, the rudest staff I have ever come across. I will never ever use this Post Office. I had a broken arm, clearly obvious as I was in a sling, and I was a little bit slower than usual. They screamed at me to hurry up as they had a queue. I asked them not to shout at me. They told me to get out and find another Post Office. Absolutely in shock. I’ve lived in the area for 30 years and never had an experience like this. From now on I will only ever use the Baker Street Post office and the Mortimer Street Post Office. The staff at both those establishments are lovely. This one should be shut down.

I use this post office to collect my Amazon orders. Being immigrant and legally blind it is very difficult for me to have full recognition of any place, but the gentleman with accent is ALWAYS very patient and polite. Five stars for this post office service.

This pharmacy has always been a first place of call since we moved into the area 15 years ago and the staff have always been highly professional and helpful. Good range of all usual expected products plus some high-end vitamins and cosmetics for my missus. Only too happy to order in as well for same day often.
And now it has a first-rate post office run by a lovely, experienced and very knowledgeable post mistress (Nikisha) who could not be more helpful and obliging. Much handier than the main post office in GPS and NO queues!
Recommended and use both to ensure we improve all our local amenities - or lose them!!!

I visited the pharmacy yesterday and was thoroughly impressed by the customer service provided by all the staff. Special mention to the young boy on the till who was willing to go the extra mile by offering to order the products I needed. Will definitely be recommending this pharmacy for the excellent service!

Profit-driven soulless pharmacist!
The pharmacist refused to provide the medicineI needed because it’s more expensive then the generic version despite my explanation of the medical reasons why I needed the branded one and it’s a matter of mistake of the doctor that they didn’t specify in the prescription. They would let people bleed and die for a tiny difference in profit (“I’m not going miss out in getting the money back from NHS” she said). What a fascinating philosophy for this industry!?
Went to Hani Dajani pharmacy a few blocks away and they were so kind and friendly and happily provided the pills.
Further to the reply, I just want to add, this is a discontinued medicine. The doctors were not able to generate a prescription with it, even if they want to. So I was then left with half a cycle of medication, and you will keep the pills until they expire because no one will be able to obtain a prescription to get them. How does this make business sense?

Rude. Went to the store for the Post Office at 1750, to see that they’ve fully closed the shop with staff leaving and locking up. When I mentioned it’s not 6pm (closing time) yet, the shopkeeper looked at me and said with hostility, “so?”
Then I suggest not putting up your closing time as 1800 because it clearly, is not.

Nice and friendly staff but when I came in at 14:35 on a Friday they told me “the post office is closed for a half an hour”. I asked why because I’ve just come from the old Portland Street Post Office which had a massive queue (6 mins away so I thought I’d be clever and come here). They told me “the system is restarting”. In the middle of a work day... Not happy with this.
Edit after owner replied [changed rating from 2 to 3 stars): thank you, I will try it again.

And the store is 2 in 1 i needed medication for dry cough they where very helpful and then i realised there is a post office i was supprised and now i go to the store to do my returns. The post office staff is very nice and always willing to help me with my queries. Very good Service and amazing staff highly recommended

I go to this post office everyday with my corporate mail, and although I am not buying anything at the Post Office (post is usually already franked at the office) they are always happy to accept it with a smile! Sam is extremely friendly and helpful and it's a pleasure going in to see the staff there.

Have taken a few prescriptions here in the past year and having passed it so many times I decided to give it a try instead of heading off to Boots Chemist.
The staff are very friendly and very efficient! It takes just a few minutes before the prescription is filled and you are not made to wait for long (Boots takes on average 20-30mins!)
They also have a selection of other products that you wouldn't normally find in other chemists.
