Zen Pharmacy is top class Pharmacy in Knightsbridge and Baker Street.
What makes the Zen Pharmacy different from other pharmacies are: Zen pharmacy is open until late, and it’s not only pharmacy but Beauty and Wellness Centere.
Zen pharmacy team comprises a talented multidisciplinary group of doctors, pharmacists, nutritionists, dermatologist, beauty therapist, holistic therapist, and psychotherapist.
I found the Zen team, professional and trustworthy. Zen team really do care about helping in anyway they can.
The doctors and pharmacist are always prompt and again very helpful, a special thanks to one of the smartest, talented, experienced doctor (Dr Maroof). keep up the excellent service and our loyalty would be with you for ever.

Zen saved me during the pandemic. In a hunt for doctors I remembered I used to use Zen. There is not a better service for medicine, and that is so important now. They also have 2 doctors you can make an appointment with just upstairs from the pharmacy and get your medicine right away. They have more stock than most pharmacies and amazing service. I lived in London for 18 years and they never failed me and I came back this month for two months and they still have never caused me that uneasy feeling when you don’t know what to do when you’re in a “foreign” country. There is not a single pharmacy like Zen’s.

I have been using Zen Pharmacy to deliver my ADHD medication since the beginning of the pandemic. They always call to remind me that my prescription is ready which is extremely helpful for someone busy with ADHD. The person on the phone makes sure I am getting the best price because I am a student and my prescription is private. If I do not have the funds to pay for the prescription when they first call, they understand and let me know when the prescription is expiring. When they call they arrange the courier for usually the same day or the day after and will tell you if it will cost more on a certain day. The couriers are very kind and depending on the driver, will call to let you know if they're running late or what time they are coming!
If you have anxiety travelling to a pharmacy or are just struggling with other things that make it difficult to get your medications on time or at all, I highly recommend Zen Pharmacy!!

The service is even better than the convenience - which says A LOT! ... Always so friendly, available, helpful, and they even deliver your prescription if you can't pick it up! My amazing doctor (Dr. Dermot O'Flynn in Chelsea) connected me with them when I needed medication in a flash, and since then they've never let me down. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Update 9/2/21: So they actually listened to this feedback! I am super impressed. The text they sent me alerting me of my meds being ready included the number to press so I didn’t have to listen to the whole message. That is a very nice touch. They still haven’t managed to store my email and are very expensive but I have to admit it I was happy the entire interaction took less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much for making this better everyone who works at zen!

TLDR; Only speaking of the delivery service. Which is a horrible UX. Avoid at all costs!!!!
zen is a nightmare.
They do not send any sort of payment confirmation and the only way to pay is over the phone. If you miss the call from them (and I don’t answer unknown numbers), sucks for you! They have no alternatives at all for payment or contacting them. And if you want a receipt or any sort of payment confirmation in case they screw up and don’t deliver your meds....You have to then call back and ask for a receipt or for any sort of confirmation you have already paid.
I do not understand why receipts or proof of payment for a virtual service is not a standard business practice. Also, they do not train their staff to ask if you want a receipt when you call to pay (which would presumably save their patients a phone call).
There is NO tracking or updates on delivery. If you have any questions you have to call. If your delivery is delayed they don’t care it’s your problem. Honestly for a pharmacy company that’s supposed to be helping sick people, they don’t seem to care at all. If you have any choice at all, go elsewhere.
My doctor prescribed me meds on Monday, I’m STILL waiting for them (it’s Wednesday afternoon) they said the meds would be here by 10am, they are not. Which is fine but no one told me. At the end of the day I’m the one that pays the price for their incompetence because I don’t get my meds! Delivery time matters.
Follow up, they called me and the lead pharmacist seems to care. We will see if any changes are made.
