Zen is the best pharmacy I’ve used in London- they’re responsive, accommodating, and flexible. They also communicate via WhatsApp, which is very helpful if you’re too busy to call on the phone or if you’re somewhere with WiFi but no cell service.

Extraordinary knowledge, supreme customer service and a tailored treating to anyone who walks in that deserves a prize (if they ever existed). These words sound like superlative exaggerations, but ironically, words can't do justice to the reality of the service that is given at this pharmacy.
Despite being at the heart of central London, where most commercial businesses have forgotten the way and the essence of how to treat the people who make their business run, this pharmacy differentiates itself from ANY OTHER existing one in London for a million light-years.
It is always a pleasure giving to their team a visit. Thamer and Saleh's knowledge on treatments, pharmaceuticals and overall health is exceptional, and still, to the date, there is nothing (especially when it comes to health improvement treatments, either physical or psychological) that I haven't been able to find or resolve here.
They have worked incredibly well in their accessibility, becoming one of the few pharmacies in the UK that offer assistance through online chat and same-day delivery service.
BEST PHARMACY IN LONDON!! Highly, highly recommended!! Thank You guys for everything you do and for always being so eager to help, no matter what. YOU ARE BRILLIANT!
