Amazing customer service! Enquired about an appointment for a PCR test and in less than 12hours they schedule a call to confirm the process and booking. Very efficient via email and WhatsApp. I would 100% recommend their services and would definitely contact them again.

Just spoke to one of their representatives on the phone, very blunt.
They are refusing to offer me refund for fit to fly PCR-tests booked pre tier 4 lockdown announcement. Given the circumstances really weak customer customer service.

I went for a PCR test on a Sunday and had not received the result by the following Thursday, so I was unable to travel as a result. I called to request a refund and was sent someone else's PCR result, was never actually sent my own, and was told that they misread my email address. I was also told that I would not receive a refund or a voucher for another test. These people are committing fraud. They've stolen £99 from me and refuse to return it. They are not providing the service they claim to provide and they should be shut down.

They should add NO REFUNDS on the website. I would NOT recommend this pharmacy, they have refused to send my money back for PCR test after requesting for cancellation in one week notice for one service I will not get it when they told me over the phone they will.

Amazing pharmacy & service. I would like to especially acknowledge a particular staff member (pharmacist) - Hayaí. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As a person who has struggled with skincare my whole life, I do alot of research on skincare. Usually when I visit other pharmacies they don't tell me anything I didn't already know. However this time around, I have learnt so much so much from Hayaí in the space of 10mins and her knowledge also supported all of the research I've done. It was so refreshing and comforting to finally speak to someone who knows their stuff - especially with all the misleading information on skincare nowadays. I never write reviews but she truly deserves this. A sweet & positive person too! Thank you. Will definitely be returning :)

Amazing pharmacy! Rushed in a panic as my daughter was screaming in agony and scratching her knee - pharmacist calmed her down, had a look at her knee provided us with antiseptic cream and advised me on what to do. I am so thankful for the caring customer service they provided us on the day. I highly recommend them and would definitely be using them again and again.

Unprofessional staff won’t help you when it comes to cancellation of your appointment.
Payment is charged straightaway over the phone and refund is not available.
