I went to HYatt Pharmacy - BROMPTON ROAD KNIGHTSBRIDGE yesterday and tried to pick up a Dettol disinfectant usually costing £10, and yet they were charging me £30+ for it. Hyatt get your act together, as your actions has been reported to DTI. IT IS Not fair you are doing that, regardless whether it is princess or a local Joe buying from your store.

This pharmacy is not only a rip off but unprofessional.
Only people who have no clue on prices would frequent this store.
They even sell items on false information, pretty much lying to the consumer thinking they have no idea.

Understand that businesses need to make profit to survive, but given the current situation, charging £50 for hand sanitizer and selling face masks out of the box individually (not wrapped literally from the box) is incredibly unethical. Also charge 5 times for Calpol then what you'd normally pay...

Absolutely lovely pharmacist I spoke with very reassuring and has a very caring attitude towards me when phoning up tonight.As for the prices being considerably highier it could be due to being located in a higher end of London, which is always more expensive , I hate paying more money myself so I understand but that’s proberly why.

Never Never Never approach this place! You will be charged at least double price! I have had a disaster experience.... for simple pain relief creams I have managed to overpay nearly 80 pounds!!! People writing the reviews are right, they just fool people! I hope this pharmacy will be shut. Forever.

Amazing shop. If I lived in London I would shop there alot more. When I visited all the staff were happy and serving with a smile. Everyone looked very friendly and helped me loads with what I was looking for. If your in the area I would recommend visiting this store. Very happy customer.

Nerofen 3months yo 9 years sold in Boots for £3.99 charged in this Pharmacy £8.85
Calpole sachets at £9 when they are £4 in Boots
Went to return them literally 5 min later they refused as per their policy

I hope people will see our reviews and don’t go to this shop. I hope this shop will closing down soon and don’t cheat to other people. They charge me 2x the price. Other pharmacy charge me £14 and hayatt pharmacy charge me £28. Unbelievable......AVOID THIS PLACE, it’s a RIP-OFF PLACE

I bought cream in this place and discovered that I payed double price. Cream for 111actually was online 64 another for 23 online was 15.i wanted a refund but there is no refund policy. They just fool people. Bad customer service they have to inform that they don’t have a refund policy. They offered me an exchange. But all their product so expensive. I m thinking to exchange to vitamin. Hope they are not double priced

No refund policy, Came back the next day to return a new lipstick and was told that the absurdly expensive lipstick could not be returned. Wanted to return the item has it has already been bought for me as a gift. Upon being told i was not allowed a refund, i had checked online to find that the lipstick was bought for £80, but online it is £25. Terrible policy, they will definitely lack customer loyalty and trust when it comes to their price strategy.

In the cosmetics, they sell kylie jenner lipsticks for 80 pounds, when they sell for actually online they sell for 22 pounds. And, the royal peach pallet sells in the shop for 250 pounds, and online was 35 pounds. I would like to know the reasons for the total rip off and the insane prices. I was extremely excited to buys heaps of the lip kits for no reason because they were so expensive. Anyways, the rest of the shop was fine and there was good customer service
