I wish i could give this place a zero ! The rudest, most disgusting behaviour from this place. i called to speak to a pharmacist to ask if i can take an allergy medication as my throat is closing up and the lady that answered the phone is NOT a pharmacist and was giving me attitude and advice. When i asked her if could speak to the ACTUAL pharmacist, she told me she is also qualified. I asked her if i could speak to the pharmacist again and she said she was busy. Considering my throat was closing up i wanted to be SURE i was taking the correct thing and talking to the most qualified person. I asked for her name. She gave me a fake name and then hung up on me. WOW. What a service, when you have someone calling to ask for medical help and get treated like this. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Do not go there or speak to these people.

I had trouble getting a certain medication, I had tried at 8 other pharmacies. Each one of them just said we can't get it. Pharmacist said there was a problem with supply but continuously tried until they got what I needed. They kept in touch throughout the whole process. Incredibly friendly staff and would 100% recommend anyone to use.

Unreliable and rude!!!
Had to change my travel schedule.
They promised to give me the result for a PCR test for traveling by Friday 10 am. Got the result 9 pm on Friday.
As I was asking them about the delay the lady started being rude and contemptuous.

I just bought Berocca, Lemsip and vitamin C 1000 mg fizzy tablets. Normal price in other stores are £27;90, in this store £65. I came back after 15 minutes. They didn't allow any refunds. I wouldn't purchase anything in that store.
