Today I visited Bangladesh embassy uk.i saw the excilence of skill and speed of our embassy employees are incredibly faster ,quicker then British services.thanks dear ambassador to organise and build such a team to serve Bangladeshi nationals uk. I visited Bangladesh High Commission, London yesterday(2nd May 2019)for reissue of my MRP passport. They are very welcoming, extremely helpful and their service is really fast. I got excellent service from every staff.Their behaviour was fantastic. They are very friendly.And I have to take one name who helped me a lot.not only me,he helped everyone who were there,I’m the witness.He is Mr fazle Rabbi sir.we need more officer like him.As a Bangladeshi, I feel proud to find a reliable service.100% satisfied ????????????

I would rate their service excellent and 100 percent respectful people, especially the first secretary Fazle Rabbi. I emailed with an urgent query and he phoned me back immediately and told me if I could come in straight away. Once I went to the office my query got dealt with within a matter of 5 minutes. They are really helpful and nice people. If you treat people with respect, they will give you the same respect back. That is exactly what I did. I couldn't be happier with their service. Thank you all at Bangladesh High Commission London especially Fazle Rabbi.

The telephone service is diabolical. I have been trying since few days and it is almost impossible to reach them. The telephone says you are in the que and then after 2 minutes it just cuts you all. I’ve tired almost 100 times in the hope to reach them BUT failed miserably almost all the time! I had managed 2 times and the advice given by 2 different people differed completely. The consulate employees are very incompetent! I live in France and cannot displace myself to the UK (being a British citizen) until I have a firm confirmation of the procedure to have my Bengali birth certificate stamped to authenticate it by the Bengali consulate for the French administration needs. Can someone help as this is urgently! Thank you.

If I could give them a 0, I would. Customer service skills? None. There is absolutely no structure to the way they handle things. We turned up with an appointment, all our information and such only to be told ‘sorry services down we cant do anything’ and the guy said this whilst not even looking up at us, wouldn’t even hold a conversation or explanation of if it’ll come back today or what?? Shocking! Please hire people who hold some form of social etiquette! Maybe then the people who walk in will also pick up on it and it won’t be a herd when you enter.

Worst website ever, it's tells you to fill in an application form before applying for a No Visa required stamp but where the hell is the form??!!! When you call they never answer the phone. This embassy is surely located here in UK, am I right but bengali and their customer service will never change. It seems like I am trying to call another planet.

WHAT A JOKE. This place is run by a bunch of ill mannered, unprofessional bunch of jokers. I applied 6 months ago for a passport for my mother. Wasted most of the day sitting in the awful waiting area which has no organisation whatsoever. The staff treat you like cattle. They rush you and get annoyed if you ask a question. When my mother was about to sign, the staff member was removing his shoes and rushing off to pray but he couldnt wait 30 seconds for her to sign her name? 6 months on I am STILL waiting for the call. I have tried for the last 4 weeks to call and get some sort of update but each person that picks up fobs you off to another department. Most of the time you they dont even pick up the call! Several times I am given individuals mobile numbers and asked to call after a certain/ specific time and when I get through to them they also give me another persons number! Good luck to anyone having the misfortune of dealing with these jokers.

I have always had good experiences at the Bangladesh High Commission and this is for a fact. I somehow always end up speaking to pleasant people, having a good laugh with some officer and they always help out. I have never had trouble getting ANYTHING done there. So 5 stars for this place.

This is one of the nicest service that I have ever received in my life. I am feeling so much proud to be a Bangladeshi citizen as the High Commission of my country is providing such an outstanding and kind service in UK. People are so much helpful here. I wish its great success.
